This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was recently refreshed with all new paint, flooring, furniture, bedding, mattresses, linens as well as all the extras that you expect at home! A fully stocked kitchen, full size washer/dryer, double ovens, microwave, etc. await you on your stay. Extra attention has been paid to your comfort, forget your razor? We have extras. Need a paper plate? We have it!
All beds have 400 thread count linens.
The walls are decorated with custom oil paintings done by the home owners mother and are beautiful! We think that you will be pleased with all the extras that will make your stay more enjoyable.
The home has a formal dining area with seating for six but will easily accomodate up to eight people. A central security system is available for use during your stay.
This home is SUPER clean inside and out!
The home is located on 2 acres about 10-14 minutes from Downtown Augusta in a central location. Easy parking with a circular drive way in the front of the home.
Easy access to Fort Gordon, Evans/Martinez (Columbia County), Augusta, Hephzibah and Aiken areas.

We had a great time at your place while we were in town for a medical symposium. Your mother could not have been more hospitable! The beds were very comfy and loved the big pillows. Our family has used VRBO as a resource for stays often for vacations in Rehoboth Beach, DE, Orlando, FL and Hershey, PA with great success. However, our recent stay, in Augusta, GA for the Thanksgiving Holiday, was probably the most relaxing stay to date. The location had the right balance of privacy while being close enough to every possible amenity in the area. The property itself felt like home - it is lovingly cared for and updated with all needed conveniences and then some. The owners were welcoming and took great care in making us feel at home. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who wants more comfort than a hotel can possibly provide.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children.
