Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach.
Our first floor, ocean front, unit in Tower II is amazing. You will love being so close to the ocean.
This condo has recently been renovated. You will enjoy the new walk in shower. It has a rainhead and a seat. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. In the den there is a 47 inch flat screen with a Blue-Ray DVD player. Both bedrooms have 32 inch tvs with DVD players. Free WIFI is provided for our guests.
Vacation is the perfect time to catch up on your sleep. The new king Tempur-Pedic mattress in the master bedroom creates a truly luxurious sleep experience. In the guest bedroom you will find a king bed and a set of small bunk beds.
Edgewater is a gated complex. It has 11 pools,(the Tower II pool is heated), 4 Jacuzzis, a shuffleboard court, six tennis courts, golf course, fitness center, tiki bar, Arcade, Starbucks coffee, ice cream shop, pizza hut, hair and nail salon, and its own restaurant. The Lagoon Pool has 11,500 square feet of refreshing water with rock islands and waterfalls.
Stay in this unit and you will not have to wait for an elevator. This condo is only 15 stair steps to the parking lot, pool, hot tub and much more. We counted 125 steps to the beach!!
The waves crashing against the sugar white beach provide the soothing background sounds, children build sandcastles and throw Frisbees, and everyone soaks in the warm, relaxing sunshine---it's enough to make you never want to leave. Our gorgeous shores play host to kite flying, parasailing, waverunning, jogging, sailing and relaxing. Whether you just want to sit and read a book while you work on your tan, dive in the sand while playing beach vollyball or watch the beautiful sunset, you will fall in love with this vacation spot.

We just spent a week in this wonderful condo. It was exactly as described and just perfect for our vacation. Nicely decorated and well-maintained. The view is just incredible and being on the first floor made it so easy to go down to the beach or pool. The owner was so nice and helpful! Everything in the condo worked perfectly! The property has a great lagoon pool, as well as several other pools, several spas, convenient little store, salon (my daughter and friend got manicures while there and the salon owner was super nice), and the restaurant food was good. We enjoyed going for a run around the golf course one morning...it was so peaceful. It was a delightful home away from home. We would definitely return and recommend to others.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time... The condo is very clean and nice. This is the first time we have rented from an owner and couldn't be more pleased. The location is great and the furnishings are very high end, the WiFi was an added bonus. We will definately be back and rent from this owner again.
