Our top floor Two bedroom, Two bath condo in Kamaole Sands is located in Preferred Building 3. It has Ocean, Garden and Pool views. Tile flooring from the entry through the living room to the lanai gives a fresh feeling. The Living area has air conditioning, ceiling fan, sectional sofa, 42' flat screen TV, DVD, CD, high speed internet and separate dining area.
The newly remodeled Kitchen is very well stocked to make dining - in a breeze. Up the spiral staircase to the master bedroom you have a queen bed, ceiling fan and private bathroom. The bathroom is also newly remodeled with a walk in shower, new vanity with granite countertop.
On the main floor is the guest bedroom furnished with two twin beds, ceiling fan and TV. The full size guest bath has been remodeled with beautiful tile, new vanity and granite countertop. There is also a washer and dryer for added convenience.
Kamaole Sands is tropically landscaped, has a pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, tennis, barbeque areas throughout and a fitness room. Directly across the street is Kamaole Beach Park III, a favorite beach of locals and vacationers alike. It is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, boogie boarding, picnics, sunsets and whale watching during whale season. A short stroll up South Kihei Road and you can enjoy many restaurants, boutiques and shops.

We have been going to Maui for years and have stayed at this complex and condo many times. The grounds are fantastic and directly across the street from one of the best beaches in Maui. The newly finished complete renovations done on this top floor condo is fantastic. The condo is basically completely brand new with new granite in the kitchen and both bathrooms, new furnitiure, beds, stone flooring,paint, apliances, etc. The facility is beautiful and so convenient. We look forward to returning in 2013!!!! We highly recommend this facility to anyone that wants a great luxury experience in Maui. There are tons of shops, restaurants, activities and shopping within miles of the complex and many within walking distance. The facility also has a very large lanai which we eat every meal on and a great view of the pool, mountains, grounds/gardens and ocean. The price is very affordable for the location and quality.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
