  We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this quaint spot on the tiny quiet street Vicolo del Lupo in the heart of the shopping district in Rome. Maia was extremely helpful and had a wonderful breakfast for us each morning of coffee and fresh pastries. The room was perfect and comfortable. She ironed new towels every morning! Highly recommend staying here. Giuseppe, who manages the property was just lovely and so knowledgeable.

  This little gem of a hotel has one of the best locations in Rome. The room are small but well appointed, clean and smartly decorated. Maia, who seems to do everything is a huge help to the guests and goes over and above to make you feel welcome and well cared for. Being a B&B hostess myself, I appreciate the attention to details that make the difference.

  We stayed in this suite for 2 nights. It was very close to the Spanish Steps and Metro, making Rome very accessible. Every morning there was juice and croissants wainting for us, which was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The Host/Manager Giuseppe was wonderful. He was extremely helpful, I knew we would be in good hands with him. He met us at the room the moment we arrived and helped us get oriented to our surroundings, and even helped us walk to the Metro so we would know how to get back. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. He set up transportation for us to and from the airport and even to our cruise ship. I know our experience could have been much different without the help of Giuseppe. You cannot go wrong renting from him!! Thank you Giuseppe for all you did for us!

  Had a wonderful stay in Rome thanks to our great accommodations. Our stay was centrally located, close to the Spanish Steps and within walking distance to many other famous attractions. Our room was very nice with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Transportation was available to pick us up from the airport and upon arriving at our hotel we were given a map and answers to many of our questions. Thanks for the fun memories.
