The Apartment
We offer great coffee and sandwiches at the famous 'Brick Lane Coffee' cafe located directly under the apartment. Please inquire when making your booking.
This sunny three bedroom apartment is situated directly over 'COFFEE', specialist beverage Shop, on the fashionable 'Brick Lane' in East London, which opensup as the Hallway Art Gallery on the weekend bricklane is on the edges of the financial City of London.
It is on the first floor of a Victorian Building, after one short flight of stairs, looking onto the busy pedestrian street below and has a fully equipped vintage kitchen, Wifi and Cable TV. One of the bedroom windows is facing the quiet court yard to the back and the another
two are to the front. They are of a large size and have very comfortable King Size beds.
We make sure the apartment is affordable and scrupulously clean. All bed linen and towels are supplied and professionally cleaned and pressed.
Location
The 'COFFEE' Apartment is in Travel Zone One, 5 minutes from London’s Financial Quarter, 15 minutes from Central London by bus and 11 minutes from the Paralympic Staduim by car. It is on border between the City of London and Tower Hamlets Boroughs of London.The two nearest tube stations are Shoreditch High street and the Liverpool Street station.
Liverpool street has good bus links for several tourist attractions and shopping. Among these are the number 242 bus and the number 8 bus for Buckingham palace, The Ritz, Green Park, Covent Garden theatre land, Piccadilly Circus for art galleries, China Town and Trafalgar Square with its late night cinema, all in under 15 minutes bus ride away. Additionally, we offer a rental car service that is reasonably priced. Please ask for more details. At Liverpool Street you can catch a train to the rest of the country.
Brick Lane is by default safe as there are always so many people about. There is CCTV just outside the 'COFFEE'. Also, the police are often in the Bagel shop on the corner, along with other as regulars and some celebreties who all go to make up the multicultural 'feel' of Brick Lane.
Things to Do
Brick Lane is famous for being one of the most social and arty destinations for tourists. On a Sunday, Brick Lane hosts market stalls, for food and fashion and specialist boutiques, as well as the shopping centre “Box Park”. It is a very tight arty community of cafes with friendly helpful staff, one of which, Brick Lane Coffee, is open till 8 and located underneath the apartment. Brick Lane, is also well known for bagels, we are pleased to offer recommendations.
This area is perfect for Shopping opportunities, great restaurants with international cuisine as it has a long history of cultural diversity, Character English Pubs, like famous “Dirty Dicks”, Churches and Morden sky scrapers, Medieval and Victorian Architecture, all on your door step.

I am Helen Taylor, the owner and sole manager. I would be happy to greet you. The international cafe staff are also on hand to great or assist you should you need any help and they will also provide you with tea, coffee and fresh fruit smoothies on arrival.

About the owner: Description of Owner by associate who had the pleasure of working with her: 'Helen Taylor is a charismatic host. She is a trained as an alternative therapist and other disciplines and currently works self employed and generally caring for the well being of others.
Why the Owner Chose Tower Hamlets:
The apartment is very comfortable and sunny. Great for entertaining as it faces onto the animated and famous brick lane. The bedroom have a lovely breeze from the large windows. The Bathroom is not newly refurbished but works a treat and is very clean. The kitchen is 70s vintage and has a great gas cooker for family get togethers. Everything is stylish and eccentric.
