Sleeps 8- comfortably with all the amenities of home including; fresh, soft linens, bedbug protected mattresses and pillows, W & D, toys, books, games, t.v.s/DVD player, wireless high-speed internet, and Netflix enabled Wii. Begin each morning with a cup of coffee (made in a kitchen fully equipped with all you could possibly need) relaxing in the sunroom listening to the birds, smelling the sea and pondering all the day has to offer. Walk to the beach, all the best beach restaurants, and the St. Augustine Pier and Splash Park for a day at the beach, to enjoy the weekly Music By the Sea or to pick up fresh local produce, seafood, arts and crafts from the vendors at the weekly Farmer's market. If you are feeling adventurous, head the few short miles to downtown and stroll the streets of historic St. Augustine visiting local shops, restaurants, local festivals and art walks.

This home is clean and very well maintained, the owners are amazing, neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Just like being at home within our visit, myself and family will be visiting again and hope this rental is available for us. Pricing was reasonable, a short walk to the beach, everything was to our satisfaction! Very thankful for this experience! If you are staying in St Augustine Sunset Grill is an absolute MUST!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
