Why the Owner Chose Lincoln
I purchased this unit because I wanted the best 2 BR, 2 Bath I could fine for under $150,000. The second requirement was that I had to have a major ski area that was close to the highway. Loon is only 2 miles from Interstate 93(I'm half way between the 2)and Cannon is another 10 minute drive. The next requirement was Clean!!! I married Mrs. Clean and this unit fits the bill. It was newly constructed when we purchased the unit. A major fire damaged a good portion of the condo association (no one hurt) and my unit was completely rebuilt
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
I love the fact that I'm first floor with my private unit entry just steps from the parking area. I have three young kids and the amount of stuff that I need to carry in & out of the car is crazy!! I also LOVE being the front side end unit because I truly get the most Sun. My Master bed room has an extra window that most units don't have since I'm the end unit. Lastly since they built South Mountain across the street from us, I can watch the slopes!!
This Google map is a liitle out of date, but this is the current location of the Lodge and Chair Lift
This is where most Summer Activity's are held. The winter folks like this area because this is the Learn to Ski and Rentals Area
The Gondola is located here for Summer and Winter rides to the top of Loon. The Snowboarders love the park in this area.

We enjoyed Alpine Fittness Club. The pool was nice! It was great to be able to use their facilities - It would be nice if the Nordic Pool was open longer in the evening. 10 p.m. or 11 p.m. would be better than 9 p.m.
