Plenty of room, great porch for that morning cup of coffee, less than a 10 min walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Love short sands! Cottage needs updating and owners have indicated it's in the works, they are new owners. But it was a pretty clean place, could use a 1st floor bathroom and laundry! The huge porch sold us, plenty of room for everyone, cooking on the grill and sitting areas. Would rent again..Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We live just over the border in New Hampshire but love to play at York Beach. We formed Periwinkle Properties LLC when we purchased this set of three houses in the spring of 2012. Periwinkle combines our interest in fixing up older houses, summers at the beach and meeting new people. 'Hidden Treasure', 'Breakwater' and 'High Tide' are all part of Periwinkle and available for rent individually or as a package.
