About the owner: Easy on and off the island! Cross the Causeway and you're home free! We also love that you can park the car and not have to drive anywhere if you choose not to, everything you need is walking distance.
Why the Owner Chose Ship Bottom:
We started taking family vacations to Long Beach Island/Ship Bottom in 1985 when our daughter was a year old and continued every summer until both daughters went off on their own. They have said many times that the summer vacations at Ship Bottom with the family gatherings are some of their best memories. We still live nearby and get together at the Ship Bottom house whenever we can.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Off season, you can sit in the kitchen and enjoy the view while still being warm & cozy inside. Or light a fire in the fireplace and watch a movie or read a book. Come support the local businesses who are rebuilding and reopening after Sandy!
