“A Dolphin’s Delight' offers fantastic oceanfront views! Our home is right on the ocean with direct views from the kitchen, living area, and master bedroom. Relax on our 60 foot deck. Stairs to the beach are directly off the deck with an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. If you stay for a week, skip the hassle of making up the beds! Linen service is provided and all beds are professionally made before you arrive. A Dolphin’s Delight features 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 full baths, a great kitchen, and a huge living and dining area with amazing oceanfront views! Bring your laptop and enjoy 30 Mbps Internet speeds with our secure WiFi and wired Internet access. There is a 47 inch flat screen TV in the living room and all bedrooms have wall-mounted flat screen 32 inch TVs with cable, DVD players and Netflix for relaxing after a fun day in the sun!
The deck runs the entire length of the house on the ocean side where you see the dolphins playing as well as keeping an eye on the beach and ocean. You can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and relax on the porch swing while you watch the sun rise. At night, this deck is a perfect place to star-gaze and see the moon when the weather is clear. It is awe inspiring to see a lightning storm far out over the water at night, if it storms then while you are visiting.
In the master bedroom, see the moon over the ocean from your king-sized bed, or watch the flat screen TV, mounted on the wall. Plenty of storage space in the mirrored closet and separate sets of drawers. A bathroom with tiled shower is between the master bedroom and another bedroom at the end of the hall. This bedroom has a double bed and twin bunk beds. It also has a mirrored closet and storage in chests of drawers. This hallway also has a full-sized stackable washer dryer. There are two bedrooms on the other side of the house. The Shell room has a queen bed, with a mirrored closet. Down the hall from the second bathroom is the Lighthouse room, which has a queen bed and another set of twin bunk beds. We can provide a Dream-on-Me 40 inch crib and a Graco high chair at no charge. Just let us know you need it and it will be available when you arrive. All bedrooms have 32 inch flat screen televisions, access to Netflix, a dvd player, and cable.
The kitchen has Corian counter tops, a big refrigerator and stove with microwave above. It is stocked with the pots and pans and things you will need to cook meals when you aren’t sampling the great restaurants on Topsail Island. You can eat your meals with spectacular views of the ocean, at our table that seats 8 to 10 people or at kitchen bar that seats 4 people, or wander out onto the deck. Also available is a built in charcoal grill located at the bottom of the stairs. Under the house is covered parking for up to 6 cars.
The living room has a sofa, loveseat, recliner and another comfortable chair. A 47 inch flat screen TV with HD cable and Netflix. Stunning views of the ocean can be seen from every angle in the kitchen-dining-living area of our home. Also for your enjoyment we have a Wii gaming system, a collection of DVD’s and Skype on the television. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom and the living room. There are lots of things to do on Topsail Island, from kayaking, fishing, para-sailing, and golfing to mention a few. The North Shore Golf and Ocean Club is in Snead’s Ferry to the north of the island less than a half hour away! There is a bike lane across the street that goes north towards Surf City, and south towards the end of the island. There are many great places to eat for breakfast, lunch and supper and fresh seafood markets on the island too. Several antique and consignment shops are close by, across the bridge as well as numerous gift shops and of course beach shops like Wings and Bert’s Surf Shop.

What a great place!! The amenities were perfect and the conditions of the house were excellent. I felt like I was at home with all the comforts. I was concerned that I would walk in and find everything run down, but quite the opposite. No old smell and the house reflects a lot of tender loving care. I have been telling my friends all day about my staf and that I will be making future reservations. Please rent to individuals that have enough sense to take care of the place like it's their own. What a great relaxing time I had.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed on the coast! I had my wedding in front of the house and my reception at the house. It was the most perfect place we could have not asked for anything better. The house is fully stocked with any appliance you would need. The location was great. It had a little of every thing for every age. The pictures on the web do not do it justice. The owner's were great. The view was perfect! We will be coming back to stay again also my family and friends that attended the wedding said the same thing. Any body that decides to rent this house will not be disappointed. This was our favorite beach house years ago back when it was called “Endless Summer.” On a quick weekend trip to the beach, we met the new owners working on the upgrades and talked them into letting us rent from them before they re-introduced their house “A Dolphin’s Delight” to the rental market. A week later, we were in! It is even better than before and has gone from great to fabulous! With two couples and our combined six kids we needed lots of room and storage, lots to do, and the ability to easily see the kids at all times. Check, check, check! “A Dolphin’s Delight” has it all. This house has everything you could want and I can’t tell you how great it was to arrive after a long drive and have the beds already made up with fresh sheets! The interior is beautifully decorated with a real attention to details. The kids loved their colorful ocean-themed rooms and we adults appreciated all the entertainment options. They put Flat screen TVs on the walls and they now have an awesome DVD library (and Netflix!) that satisfied everyone from our three year old to the adults. They also have really fast wireless Internet. We grilled on their outdoor grill, we ate out, we ate on the deck, we ate in the dining room, and we even picnicked on the beach! We waded, we wallowed in the tidal pools, we body surfed in the waves, we watched dolphins, and we LOVED the new hot/cold shower house right on the beach!!! Our kids’ confidence and independence soared because they went beachin’ dozens of times “by themselves” with the adults enjoying the covered porch only seconds away. My favorite spot is the porch swing! We took walks on the beach without having to worry about keys because they have a new keyless entry that the kids fought to be “the one” to get us in each time we went somewhere! If you are lucky enough to notice that this house has just come back on the rental market and has lots of openings, you too will find your new favorite beach house. Now weeks later, the kids all refer to this as THEIR beach house! We immediately reserved it for next year. We also plan to celebrate our fall family birthdays here if we can make it work with this year’s school calendar. Can you tell we love this house?!! Great job, new owners!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.
