'Rosemary’s Beach House' is a spacious but cozy beautifully remodeled home located in the heart of Pebble Beach. The home is walking distance to Spanish Bay, Monterey Peninsula Country Club, and Spyglass Golf Course. Also featured with this home is a studio cottage with King bed, full bath, and kitchenette.
For your entertainment you will find flat screen cable televisions in all rooms, and DVD players in the great room and master bedroom. You won’t miss a beat with wireless internet, AM/FM stereo and CD players. There is a wood burning gas fireplace in the living room, and in addition to the fireplace, heating is generated by central forced air.
The beach house comfortably accommodates 10 adults and children with a king bed in cottage and master bedroom, a queen bed in first guest room, a full bed in second guest room and two twins in third guest room. The master bedroom also has a private bath with radiant floor heating. There is hardwood flooring with area rugs throughout the entire house.
The dining table seats eight, you will find a fully furnished and equipped kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, kitchen linens, wine fridge, dishwasher, gas range, disposal, and microwave that make cooking and entertaining not only easy, but a pleasure. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows, and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably.
You will enjoy spending time in the backyard which has a hot tub, fire pit, and barbeque area with new patio furniture a large gas grill. The backyard is surrounded by natural forest in a greenbelt.
