We found a perfect spot on HHI to stay. The Beach Cabana has been newly renovated. It is very clean and very nicely maintained. The owner is easy to reach if you need anything. It is near easy beach access. We walk to Coligny square and beach. We plan on returning many times!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

WONDERFUL VILLA! Looks just like pictured - clean, nice decor, well equipped and comfortable. Layout with bedrooms upstairs nice for those who go to bed early or want to sleep in. POOL ACCESS is great - just off patio across courtyard. LOCATION is great - easy beach access across street and down boardwalk. Can walk or bike to Coligny. PET FRIENDLY is an added plus. Keyless entry was nice not having to keep track of keys. Owner is a pleasure to rent from, very helpful and responds quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend renting this villa and will definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

The condo was very nice and my family thoroughly enjoyed staying the week. We left wishing we could have stayed longer. We will want to use the condo again next year should it be available. It was exactly as it was presented to us....clean, comfortable and inviting. We would strongly recommend it to our family and friends. Outstanding. Great location, fantastic beach only yards away. Courtyard and pool are delightful. Condo is clean and fresh. Coligina shopping and Wild wings cafe are within walking distance. One mile to the back entrance of Sea Pines. I would go back aganin and recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island, and it was Fantastic and we will probably come back later this summer. The Villa was very nicely decorated and taken care of and was everything we expected. Location was Great with the Wonderful beach and Coligny Plaza are just a short walk away. We were only able to stay 3 nights of our 1 week rental due to a personal item that we had to leave for, but the short time we were there we absolutely Loved the Villa, the location and Hilton Head Island in general. We will definitely be coming back to HHI and will strongly consider staying in this unit again, possibly even later this summer. Thanks again Matt for a wonderful stay in your unit, and experience in renting the unit from you. Hope to arrange another stay with you in the coming weeks!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners.
