This spacious, three bedroom, two bath single story Pebble Beach home is approximately 2,300 square feet and located on the 2nd tee of the Monterey Peninsula Country Club and is one half mile to Spanish Bay, Poppy Hills, and Spyglass Hills golf courses and two miles from downtown Pacific Grove.
We welcome a maximum number of six guests (including children) who may be accommodated at this property.

All three bedrooms are on the street level and are very well decorated. The master bedroom has a beautiful King bed with private bathroom and views of the golf course. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom, one guest room has a Queen bed and the other has two twins. You will enjoy all of the spacious “Great Room” living space that this home offers. There is great light coming in from all the windows.
Enjoy the views of the golf course and wildlife during the day and at night you can get cozy by the fire while you relax on the comfortable sectional couch and watch your favorite movie.
Your family can spread out in this comfortable home featuring a kitchen that opens to the formal dining area, a Breakfast bar with four stools and the living room. The dining table seats eight people comfortably. The kitchen is well-equipped for a light breakfast or a full dinner! Meal preparation is easy with a full-size refrigerator, a built-in gas range/oven combination and the handy microwave oven. The dishwasher and disposal make clean-up a breeze! You will enjoy the outdoor spaces at this property as well as the indoor spaces!
There are two decks one off the dining room and one off the master bedroom. Both desk have views of the gold course and are great places for coffee or deer watching. The home also features an enclosed courtyard for extra outdoor space.
