Welcome to Crested Butte Getaway!
This is a beautiful home located in the town of Crested Butte. It offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths and one half bath on the main level.
The living area is SUNNY and bright with a great open floor plan for the kitchen, living, and dining area. There is also bonus bar seating for those that want to socialize with the cook.
The gourmet kitchen has GRANITE tile counter tops and STAINLESS STEEL appliances. There is GAS cooking for those who cook and know it is a must. This kitchen has great kitchen upgrades such as a stainless steel slow cooker and stainless steel Cuisinart available upon request. There are also great (matching) sets of pots, pans and chef knives. There is even a community spice cupboard for those who travel and know how nice that feature is!
There is also a great SOUTHERN facing deck to relax on the patio set or GRILL on the provided charcoal grill. You can take the provided I POD player to the deck or patio for some great tunes in the Colorado sun.
Walk down the patio stairs and you can also relax in your own fully FENCED-IN yard with a PRIVATE HOT TUB! There is great mature landscaping and beautiful flowerbeds. Your good PETS will enjoy the nice grassy area to relax and take a nap while you're out to dinner at one of our many fabulous LOCAL restaurants.
The living area has a great gas fireplace and LED television with DirecTV. This house also comes with dedicated and SECURE WIFI.
The bedding arrangement is as follows:
The first level has two bedrooms with a Queen bed in each. This is also where the over-sized laundry room is located. The top (third) floor has the additional two bedrooms one with a King Bed, and the other another queen bed.
