This property or the one next door (both the same owner) are fantastic. Everything was exactly as described. This is the last property on the creek channel, it is extremely quite with a beautiful natural setting. The best part is it is only about 5 minutes from downtown. Our group had an amazing trip and are looking forward to going back. If you have any reservations about renting this property, don't, it is a perfect vacation rental. Thanks Sam for your hospitality and professionalism. We had the trip of a lifetime.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: Nearly 1990s I was working as a factory outlets leasing agent Boaz Alabama was fast becoming the top outlet center in the country so after living in Lake Tahoe for 15 years . Looking back there was a sign coming down the Mountain that said it best ! 'Lake Guntersville ' 'one look your hooked ' I will always remember the sign coming down into Guntersville after spending less than a month in North east Alabama i i returned to California for the birth of my daughter it was than that my Son Jesse lee asking if we could still go fishing in Alabama well we just loaded up and with 1 month old baby girl headed to Lake Guntersville
