This spacious 5 Bedroom house located directly on the ocean in South Ponte Vedra Beach is perfect for large families or multiple family vacations. This is a casual style beach house with Family Fun in mind. 5 Bedrooms in all. The first floor has an office/bedroom with a sofa that opens to a bed. Also on 1st floor another bedroom with beach views. There is a full bath, washer and dryer.
On the 2nd floor - views, views and more views! The main living area features fireplace and open space plan with great ocean views from every room including the kitchen. Dining room has a cute 'Island Feel Awning' over the table; the kids will get a kick out of it. These rooms have high ceilings and a very OPEN feeling all with great views, from there you step out on the spacious deck overlooking the beach and ocean. The only bedroom on the 2nd floor is the very large Master Bedroom and Bath, it too has a private entrance to the deck.
The 3rd floor features two more bedrooms and a bath. One of the bedrooms has great ocean views and a private balcony.
This spacious (over 2800 SF Heat / Cooled) oceanfront home is located on a pristine stretch of Florida coastline midway between Ponte Vedra Beach and St Augustine. The “theme” of this home is “Casual Family Fun”. What a great life! Although technically not a private beach (the state of Florida owns the beach) it feels VERY private and many days to have the entire beach to yourself.

This vacation rental is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The beach house is roomy and cleverly layed out. The property is well maintained and clean and the owners have given attention to detail to make sure all of the amenities you need are present. The view of the Atlantic ocean is magnificent and you can see porpoise and right whales, as well as all sorts of birds passing by from time to time. The sea air is refreshing and invigorating. The beachfront itself is clean and beautiful. We were able to relax totally in the privacy of this lovely "home" away from home. We came away totally refreshed from the experience and we highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone who seeks a relaxing atmosphere. We very much look forward to returning there again at the nearest opportunity.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

My husband and I spent a week here in January and it was perfect. We wanted to stay forever! There was more than enough space in the house and it had everything we needed. We walked on the beach everyday, which was great, and we usually were the only people on it. The beach was also pet friendly, so our dog really enjoyed that. We ate out in downtown St. Augustine a few times. A1A and Spy sushi were our favorites. The nightlife downtown was fun, but it was really nice to come back to our quiet vacation beach house. When we wanted to eat in, we just cruised down the the local Publix and got what we needed. This place was just what we needed for some family down time. I will definitely come many more times in the future and will gladly recommend this place to friends and family -- and to you who may be reading this.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.
