The condo was in great shape and very near to stratton villiage. The appliances seemed very modern and the bathrooms looked recently upgraded. I would recomend this rental to anyone in the area for golf, skiing or hiking. We had a great time and would recomend this rental for families or groups of 4-8 ppl.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I am the Principal Broker and co-owner of North Real Estate at Mount Snow Vermont, 30 minutes away. I have been handling vacation rentals for clients for 15 years and wanted to invest in a property of my own. I know what vacationers are looking for, and can provide that at very reasonable prices. Stratton is far enough away so that is out of my normal work area, but close enough for me to manage the property well.
