This unique, smoke-free, luxury apartment has had a major renovation over six months in the making. It is now available for you to enjoy.
Everything in this beautiful condo is new, and was designed with an Asian-tropical motif for your enjoyment.
The Waikiki Park Heights, in the heart of Waikiki, is just 200 yards from the famous blue waters of Waikiki Beach.
Totally secure building, with keyed elevator and 24 hour security personnel.
Outdoor pool, surfboard and bike storage, parking, and Hy's Steak House Restaurant are all on property.
Centrally located and within walking distance to nearly everything you could need or want. The International Marketplace, Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Zoo and Aquarium are all nearby. Buses and the Waikiki trolley stop on Kuhio Ave, just steps from your door.
The Food Pantry, Waikiki’s only full service grocery store is just two blocks away. Convenient stores are directly across the street as well as many restaurants from fine dining to fast food.
#902 has a custom shower room; complete with two shower heads with separate controls. Within the shower room is a furo (Japanese soaking tub), also known as a Roman tub. This room is beautifully done in five different types of tile, and even has a back lit glass block window.
For relaxation and meditation, the light can be changed from a soothing blue light, to a warm white light, or both. Much like candle light with out the mess or fire hazard.
The toilet, located in a separate room, features a Toto washerette personal hygiene system. Once you try this Japanese standard you will want one in your own home!
The bright, custom made azure vanity cabinet has a marble top and a number of small specialty drawers. A hair dryer is included for your use.
The long hallway is meticulously tiled with a stone pebble center and a polished marble border. It is simply breathtaking. Please take your shoes off at the door (a Hawaiian/Japanese custom) and enjoy the foot massage.
The large bedroom, with its lush white carpeting, has an ocean decor. The custom made dresser and desk with an ocean motif remind you of the warm ocean waters right outside your window. There is one double bed, one twin bed, and a large closet with mirrored doors.
The living area features granite floors and a granite bar. Three bar stools and a leather sofa and ottoman make for plenty of ways to kick back after a long day in the Hawaiian sun.
Cable TV with 60 channels, VCR, DVD player, radio and CD players are all included with your condo. Central type air-conditioning, with your own controls, in the unit as well.
Free local calls, and calling card enabled phone with fax machine for your use as well.
Beautiful original oil paintings decorate the walls, and outside the vertical blinds is a lanai (veranda) overlooking the pool and sun deck. There are chairs and a table there for you to enjoy the sunset or sunrise with your favorite drink. Relax, and feel the Aloha spirit.
The kitchen, with new cabinets and granite counter top, is fully stocked and ready to use. The smallest of details has been thought over, but if there is something more you need just call us. We will do everything we reasonably can to make your stay perfect.
We are not just trying to rent out a condo; we want to sell you on Waikiki. We believe that the integrity, diversity, and hospitality in Waikiki are second to none. We hope to have the opportunity to prove it to you.

We did a few years of research searching out a condominium that had an above average reputation, was built well, and had a great location close to the beach. We picked the right place! The building management company is excellent, the security guards are friendly and helpful, and they do a great job. The condo is a secured building, has a great swimming pool, laundry facility, parking, and is 2 blocks from the beach. We have received above average compliments from our guests about our quality condos, great location staff, cleanliness, and service Please read our great reviews and we hope you choose us for your vacation travels.

You will enjoy the benefits of being at home away from home. You have all the conveniences of being at home, however you are centrally located to many major attractions in Waikiki as well as shopping and restaurants.

I have worked in the hotel industry for years in different capacities. I was an executive housekeeper so I understand the standard of cleanliness. I am an artist. I have been a handyman and renovation contractor for the hotels for years. I renovate all of our units. My wife speaks fluent Japanese and she is a realtor. She is also an avatar master.

Aloha Gary & Merry, My wife and I would like to express our sincere gratitude for your hospitality, flexibility, and willingness to "go the extra mile" on our recent Hawaii holiday at your condo in Waikiki Park Heights. We found the condo to be spacious and clean and accurately depicted from your photos on the VRBO listing. We also found the security in the building was first rate, and the location was within walking distance to all the amenities that were appealing to us. ( Beach, shopping, restaurants, etc.) Quite often in life, we are all to quick to criticize and complain about things. On the other hand when we receive good value for our dollar we remain silent. We felt compelled to share our positve experience with others and would recommend Gary's condos in a heartbeat. This condo is great! It was tastefully decorated, extremely clean and the owner is attentive and really nice. They supplied boogie boards, beach chairs and even a baby stroller. And, the rates are very reasonable. I'm definitely staying here again. I'm definitely staying here again

We stayed for 13 nights in this wonderful one bedroom condo. It was exactly like Gary described. We were a short walk to the beach. Gary had everything there that we needed!!! There were 4 boogie boards, beach mats, cooler, lots of towels, and everything in the kitchenette that you would need. Gary was readily available whenever I needed to call him and was very accommodating!!!! The next time we are in Oahu, I will be calling Gary again for accommodations!! Much better than a hotel any day!!!!

We were looking for a relaxing get-away for two close to the beach, and rather than choose the hotels, we wanted something more personal and unique. We found both with this property, plus comfort and friendliness in all of the building staff. Upon reading other reviews and realizing that Gary owned more than one property, we just called and asked which property would be best for us. He knew. This condo was clean and updated nicely. The bed was dreamy, the bathroom was great, the towels were fluffy, and, in addition to the full kitchen, the beach amenities were fun to have (cooler, snorkel gear for 2, boogie boards, beach mats, etc). The WIFI worked perfectly, cable tv was nice after a day in the sun, and we spent time each day on the balcony (lanai). The toilet was even equipped with a "toto chloe washlet" (bidet with seat warmer). Gary was flexible and accommodating and we will certainly call him again when we make it back to Oahu and will be recommending him to all of our friends.

Spent 18 nights and found the condo very clean and well maintained. It was exactly as described. The owner, Gary was very helpful in answering any questions and even provided an 'i home' for my ipod which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend any properties from this owner. The condo is well situated. We particuarly liked Jimmy Buffet's restaurant for great atmosphere although the meals were too large. Also great to soak up the atmosphere and delightful meals we had lunch at upmarket Halekulani Resort "House without a Key" casual eatery which is on the beach.
