Ok all that said, let us tell you about what we have created for you.
This is a unique, smoke-free, luxury one bedroom apartment. It had had a major renovation over six months in the making, it is now available for you to enjoy.
Absolutely everything was replaced. Everything! This custom made condo is truly one of a kind. It was designed with a Asian, tropical motif and is full of artistic flair.
It is Located in the true heart of Waikiki on Kuhio Avenue at Uluniu St. Near the Hyatt Regency, across the street from the Pacific Monarch.
The Waikiki Park Heights is just 200 yards from the famous blue waters of Waikiki Beach. The building is in a nice secure area with keyed elevator and 24 hour security personnel. An outdoor pool, surfboard and bike storage, parking, and Hy's steak house Restaurant are all on property.
Being centrally located it is within walking distance to nearly everything. The International marketplace, Kapiolani park, Waikiki zoo and aquarium are all near by.The bus as well as the Waikiki trolley stops on Kuhio Ave. just steps from your door.
The Food Pantry, Waikiki’s only full grocery is just two blocks away.convenient stores are directly across the street as well as many restaurants from fine dinning to fast food.
The custom shower “room complete with two shower heads with separate controls is really a treat. Within the shower room is a Japanese soaking tub or furo. also know as a Roman tub. This room is beautifully done in five different tiles and even has a back lit glass block window.
For relaxation and meditation, the light can be changed from a soothing blue light to a warm white light or both. This is much like a candle light with out the mess. The toilet located in a separate room features a Toto washerette personal hygiene system.
I don’t want to sound like a washerette sales man here, but I believe once you try this Japanese standard you will want one in your own home!
The bright, azure colored custom made vanity cabinet has a marble top and many small specialty drawers. One of them contains a hair dryer for your use.
The long hall way was meticulously tiled with a stone pebble center and a polished marble border. It is simply breathtaking. Please take your shoes off at the door (a Hawaiian/Japanese custom) and enjoy the foot massage.
The large bedroom with its lush white carpeting has an ocean decor. The custom made dresser and desk with an ocean color and wave pattern reminds you of the warm waters of Hawaii. It has one double and one twin bed and a large closet with mirrored doors.
The living area features granite floors and granite bar counter. Three bar stools and leather sofa and ottoman. Cable TV with 60 channels, VCR., DVD., Radio and CD players. Central type Air-conditioning with your own controls that actually cools the whole place.
Free local and calling card phone with fax machine. Beautiful original oil paintings decorate the walls. Outside the vertical blinds is a lanai (veranda) overlooking the pool and sun deck. There are chairs and a table there for you to enjoy the sunset or rise with your favorite drink. Soak in the moment this is Hawaii!
The kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter top is fully stocked and ready to use. The smallest of details has been thought over, but like I said, if there is something more you need just call us. We will do anything within reason to make you happy.
We are not only interested in renting a condo but, selling Waikiki. We believe that integrity, diversification and hospitality in Waikiki is second to no city. We hope to have the opportunity to prove it to you.

We have lived on the island for years and live close to town so we would be able to avail ourselves if you need to make your stay more comfortable. I have worked in the hotel industry for years in different capacities. I was an executive housekeeper so I understand the standard of cleanliness. I am an artist. I have been a handyman and renovation contractor for the hotels for years. I renovate all of our own units. My wife speaks fluent Japanese and she is a realtor. She is also an avatar master.
