This 6300 sqft Estate sits on a 1.6 acre bluff overlooking the valley below and the mountains above. There are 7 Bedrooms, 5.5 Bathrooms, 7 TVs, XBOX Kinect, Ping Pong, 12' Deep Pool, Hot Tub, gorgeous grounds with yard, 2 laundry rooms, BBQ, wireless high speed internet (wifi), and Satellite TV. All of this is secluded at the end of a cul-de-sac on 1.6 beautiful acres. Privacy and seclusion!!
The main floor has 3 bedrooms including the 500 sqft master suite with jetted tub, separate shower, king bed, and 47' Wifi TV. The other large bedroom has a king bed, 32' HDTV w/DVD. The 3rd bedroom has a bunkbed w/trundle, and a daybed. Also on the main floor is an office, huge circular dining room that seats 16. The main kitchen has new appliances summer 2012 with bar seating for 7 and a kitchen nook dining table for 4. The kitchen is connected to the main floor living room with comfy couches and a 47' Wifi HDTV. These rooms connect to the master suite via the deck that overlooks the backyard and swimming pool.
The basement is where all the fun is!! 73' HDTV connected to an XBOX Kinect with sports games and Dance Central! There is a Game room with ping pong table that opens up to the backyard and basketball court. We have a professional basketball backboard & rim that is adjustable. Just past the basketball court is the 12 foot deep swimming pool with built in slide and diving platform. It also has a connected hot tub. Enjoy a dip in the pool or just relax in the outdoor patio furniture and have a BBQ! Enjoy the view and the serenity.
There are 4 basement bedrooms, the main room has a king bed with a 32' HDTV w/DVD. There is a room with a Queen bed and 32' HDTV w/DVD. The third room has two Queen beds and a 32' HDTV w/DVD and the fourth room is for the kids with 3 bunk-beds. There is also a 2nd laundry room in the basement.
The grounds have been completely redone summer 2012. New grass, pretty palm trees, plenty of parking and even an RV parking area.
This home comes stocked with everything needed to make your stay completely comfortable and worry free. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are towels, linens, pillows, pool towels, flatware, silverware, and plenty of storage.

A beautiful property with a stunning view of scenic rocks and mountains of St. George. Whether you're there to enjoy the National Parks (Zion and Bryce Canyon) or just want to relax at the 'mansion' by the pool and hot tubs, this is the perfect home for you. The owners provided very detailed information about checking in and were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Looking forward to going back next year!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

This is a beautiful property and looked just like the listing photos that were sent to us. We had our 5 children, their spouses, and our grandchildren together over Labor Day. Good location for family coming from Utah, California, and Arizona. The rooms are beautiful and functional and clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals and the outdoor grill was used for a hotdog cookout. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful pool with a rock water slide, the hot tub, basketball court and our grandkids loved the "batman cave" and climbing on the rocks at the back of the property, yet within the yard. The gameroom with the pingpong table was a hit with the adults and kids. We showed videos of our family on the large screen tv in the basement. We enjoyed "Alladin" at the Tuochan outdoor theatre which was amazing and took in Zion's Canyon on Saturday. We would have loved to have more time at the property. Everyone commented on how great it was to be "together" and yet have your own space. We called it a "mouse house" because there seemed to be no end to the rooms. Two laundry rooms a big plus. Plenty of parking space in the garage. Balcony that runs the entire back side of the house with beautiful views. Plan to use this property again..Have already recommended it to a friend's family who plan to use it. Great property for a reasonable price.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Stayed at this house about a month ago and had a great time. The house fit us all very comfortably and was nice and clean. We had a small hiccup upon arrival but the owner/manager was very responsive and it was taken care of immediately. The pool and hot tub are awesome for kids and adults alike and we had a lot of fun with the basketball court and ping pong table. Loved the big dining table that fit us all in the rotunda room. Close to restaurants, shopping but didn't really need to leave and preferred to be at the house anyway. Would recommend this to any group looking for a weekend or week in St.George.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This rental provided all we needed for a great family time---fun pool and slide; basketball; spacious accommodations. The downstairs bedroom does have two bunk beds, not three bunk beds (room sleeps four people). The home was clean, secluded with beautiful views. We would definitely go there again. This house is great for large families. We rented this home for its size and especially the pool, and we weren't dissapointed. This home is secluded enough that when the kids are all playing and being loud in the pool or playing basketball that your not so worried about the neighbors( the neighbors are good too). This home has everything you need for large groups as well and its large enough you don't feel like your crowding each other. We can't wait to rent it again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We absolutely loved staying here. We spent a day at zions, but most would have preferred staying at the house and swimming and playing basketball, etc. We had 20 people and it was so nice to have a place big enough that we weren't stepping all over each other. We hope to use this home/property again. We would highly recommend this home to anyone!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
