  The home is lovely.... view in master bedroom is gorgeous, comfy firmer bed, gorgeous bath, nice kitchen, perfect location for Zion, Bryce and North Rim. Everything was great, we could have just moved in permantly! Nice clubhouse pool and hot tub (worked wonders on tired, sore feet). There are some great trails right in the neighborhood and the trailhead to Squaw Trail is just a few blocks away. The home is great for a family or just a couple that needs some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Kanab is a cute little town with a couple good grocery stores and lots of restaurants. Just a short drive to Best Friends, which is simply wonderful. We bought Dozer home for an overnight, an older dog with a bit of a sore hip, but the nicest, kindest dog I have ever met. If you go, make sure to "reserve" him for an overnight if you volunteer there! They also have a wonderful vegetarian buffet and salad bar for only $5 from 11:30am-1pm daily. The tour is great if you don't want to volunteer, and the lunch is open to everyone. One of the most fun activities we have ever done (2 college age kids agreed) was the 2-hour ATV tour in Coral Pink Sand Dunes. Make sure to do the tour with the dunes if you go...well worth the price. Zion is stunning and Bryce is breathtaking. The whole area looks as if someone took a paintbrush to it and made it all orange, red, yellow and dark green. I am a travel agent, and have traveled the world. I would put this area up against any... and it would win. Highly recommend this home, this area to anyone. And Dozer....

  Extremely Pleasurable accommodations. I would have given it a five star, if it had not been for the rock solid mattress in the master bedroom, very uncomfortable. Also no propane for the grill and it didn't work even after purchasing propane. Overall would look forward to doing it again!

  Owner response: I wish you would have called me regarding the gas grill as we had just purchased a new propane tank and it was full. We just checked it and it is working fine. Trick is to open the gas line very slowly for some reason and I could have instructed you on that with a call. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will speak with the owners regarding getting a pillow topper for the bed for the future for those needing softer accomodations. Thank you very much for your input. It is always nice to know what we can improve on.

  We spent 7 nights here as a base for exploring the surrounding area. The house was perfect for our family of four. It is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The views are great from the front yard and back patio. We loved waking up to the mountain view from the master bedroom window. The neighborhood was very quiet and our boys loved playing around outside in the afternoons after getting back from hiking. We even enjoyed going on a few trail runs right from the front door. We highly recommend staying here while you are in Kanab.

  This home exceeded our expectations in every way. The home is beautifully decorated, amply furnished, and located in a quiet yet convenient location. Some of the nicer touches included use of a large garage (with automatic opener), comfortable furnishings that have obviously been selected and provided with pride, and a great patio area facing north so the afternoon sun is not bothersome. In addition, there is great satellite TV, huge master bedroom and bath, and a great floorplan. The red cliffs surrounding the home make for great scenery, too. We would recommend this home to anyone. We loved the town of Kanab, too. It includes all the basics you would need: groceries, shopping, restaurants, and friendly people while providing peace and quiet for the down times. The location is great for taking in a lot of nearby parks and tourist sites. We visited Bryce Canyon, North Rim Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks, Page, AR (including lower Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon dam, Lake Powell), and found that the location was great for access to all of these places. On our last day in Kanab, we hiked the Tom's Canyon / Squaw Trail Loop (about 6 miles with an 800 foot climb) which starts nearly outside the door to this home and it was one of the best hikes we made in our nearly 2 1/2 weeks in southern Utah. The only suggestion we would make to the owners is replacing the charcoal grill with a propane grill for convenience. I'm always nervous about disposal of leftover coals, especially in a region that can be prone to wildfires.

  Our two families (four adults and two toddlers) had a great stay. We vacationed in the area for a week and used this beautiful home as our base location for park exploration. It was very close to shops, parks, and a community pool which were assets for our little ones. The house was very clean and inviting and had everything we needed. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

  This house is a great place to stay if you are visiting Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon National Parks. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. The views out the back were gorgeous. The back of the house faces north so you can sit on the back porch any time of day. You can even take some nice hikes right from the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

  The house was clean and comfortable. Very nice setting against the red rocks. Plenty of room for a family to enjoy. Central to Zion, Bryce and many other places of interest. We typically stay in high end resorts and this was much better than any resort! It is less expensive than most resorts as well. Thanks and we will be back next year!
