  We stayed here 3 weeks while my daughter was recovering. It is a wonderful place to stay. I truly can't think of enough good things to say about it. All the photos are a accurate representation of the property. The property was very clean and well-maintained. Each room is beautifully decorate and the condo is stocked with plenty of linens, towels and kitchen/cooking supplies. The owners thought of everything. The street was very quite, it was really peaceful to sit out on the patio and just enjoy the outdoors. Since it was just us ladies on this trip safety was an concern but we felt perfectly safe and relaxed. The pool area was totally gorgeous.. The private parking was right up front by the entrance which was very nice toting luggage in and out. The rooms were spacious and so comfortable. Despite the unfortunate cirmstances of our trip to Texas this place was just a total joy to be in. Truly an answered prayer for us. Nice flat screen tv in living room , also has a dvd player. Wi-fi which is a MUST have these days anywhere you go. A nice little laundry closet with a king sized capacity washer to keep all your clothes clean. The owners Cathy and Ricky had great, prompt communication with me anytime we had a question. Cathy is one the nicest people I have ever spoke with . She went out of her way to accomadate us during such a a trying time. We will never forget how blessed we were to happen upon her site on vrbo. God is good and He has his people everywhere ! Cathy made sure it was appropriately handicapped accessible for my daughter needs before we checked in. She was very kind, and considerate. The condo was such a peaceful place to be and we will always have fond memories of our stay there. There's several fast food restaurants just a block over Sonic, Subway, some pizza places. There's a well stocked CVS within walking distance which is where we often grabbed some convience items/groceries. The nearby beach gift shops were adorable. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a lovely, peaceful place to stay for 2-7 people in Corpus Christi. Being on the island was so nice , with many different access areas to the beaches so close by! We will be looking forward to staying here again on our return trips to Corpus if it's availabe. Corpus Christi has so many wonderful places to go and amazing things to see.....make sure you make "Toes in the sand" part of you trip! God bless you Cathy and Rick. Thank you so very much!!

  We rented this for a girl's (50+) weekend. There were four of us and it this easily sleeps 6. Two nice big bedrooms and bathrooms, plus the couch folds out. Plenty of room for a couple of air mattresses, if you have an extra. This unit has a private patio where we enjoyed coffee and breakfast. Just a short walk from a private pool and a few minute drive to the beach. The unit is CLEAN and updated. Washer/dryer helped us keep up with the towels. Safe and secure location which is important when women traveling alone. Private parking, so no parking on the street. We stayed for two nights. Lots of places comparable to size and price require three night minimums!! The owner of this unit answered questions for us and made sure we had the things necessary for a outstanding visit. Couldn't be more pleased. Would highly recommend and hope to return!

  My family and I stayed at this property for a few days. It was beyond fabulous. The pictures cannot do this rental justice. It was decorated in beach themes and we felt immediately at home. It came with all the amenities we needed and more! The owner is extremely helpful and kind. We will definately stay here again when we visit and I will recommend it to anyone venturing to Corpus Christi! My only regrets were not being able to stay forever and not hiring the same decorator! Love!

  The townhome was perfect! Perfect size and location for us. Everything to make us feel at home and relaxed. Very clean and quiet. Property manager went out of her way to make sure we were able to contact her if needed and more than willing to help us with anything! We hope this place will be available for rental next year!

  Cathy, our host, was fabulous. We had a very open line of communication and everything was just like she said. She is super sweet and very accommodating. She gave us some great tips on beaches, eateries and activities. She is A++++. Her townhome is very cute and had all of the comforts of home. We loved the layout of the 2BR and 2 full bath home. We had 8 people (4 adults, 2 teenagers, a 5 yr old and 3 yr old) and never felt cramped. The house is within walking distance to CVS, t-shirt shops, and restaurants. Great safe and quiet community. We loved it. Thank you Cathy!!! We look forward to coming back one day soon.

  We had a great week, the condo was more than we expected. Cathy and Rick provided first rate attention to our needs and made sure that we had a positive experience all the way around. We loved the pool and the lack of overcrowding as you can experience at most summer rentals.
