Our fourth floor unit is located in a four-story building which provides spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, Haleakala, Molokini Island, Kaahoolawe Island, and the entire south shore of Maui. You will not find better views on Maui, nor be as close to the water as in this location. The five-star Waterfront Restaurant is on the premises for your dining pleasure, as well.

Snorkel Trip Info: Enjoy snorkeling at both world famous Molokini crater and Turtle Town aboard the newest and most exciting charter vessel Hokua located at Maalaea Harbor.
The Hokua is 40 foot power catamaran with ultra quiet Eco-Friendly Jet Drives that was specifically built for Hawaii’s unique waters. She is Coast Guard approved to carry 35 passengers in comfort. Why go snorkeling on “cattle-marans” with up to 149 passengers when you can AVOID THE CROWDS. Experience the world famous Molokini crater and Turtle Town snorkeling adventure.
While on board, you will be treated to both a delicious continental breakfast as well as a premium deli-style lunch with all the fixings.

The Milowai complex is the home of the Maalaea Waterfront restaurant which has been rated best restaurant on Maui for many years. We are walking distance from the Maalaea Harbor where you can take a snorkel cruise, fishing charter, sunset cruise, or whale watch (in season). We are as close to the water as you can get on Maui (only 30 feet from the buildings edge to the waters edge). The Milowai is positioned to view Haleakala the volcano, Molokini Island, Kahoolawe Island and Lanai island (all from our condo and lanai).
