I have a Studio/1Bath (sleeps 4) and a 1Bed/1Bath (sleeps 6) at the beautiful Bay View Resort!!!
Bay View is one of the newest luxury oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach, located right in the heart of all the action that Myrtle Beach is known for. Bay View boasts amazing amenities not found in your typical beach resort like an indoor/outdoor pool, spas, a lazy river, kiddie pools and more! Both my Studio/1Bath and 1Bed/1Bath the Bay View are oceanfront and come complete with designer furnishings, granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, and beautiful bedding and drapery. Both units have free wireless WiFi Internet. There’s also a Starbucks located on the first floor of the resort, which is just great! And the resort is only a few miles from the NEW Freestyle Amusement Park.

This Studio/1bathroom oceanfront condo is on the 7th floor with a large private oceanfront balcony with incredible unobstructed views of the Atlantic. There are two double beds, a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, small fridge and a coffee maker, free WiFi Internet and a TV and a DVD player.
***** The 1Bed/1Bath unit:
This true 1BR/1BA oceanfront condo is on the 7th floor and has a separate bedroom with 2 double beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the large living room, which is directly facing the beautiful ocean and has unobstructed views of the great Atlantic! The condo also has a private bathroom, a private oceanfront balcony and a fully stocked kitchen with a large fridge with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and a stove. There’s also a dinning room which seats six, a breakfast bar with barstools, a full size in-suite washer/dryer, free WiFi Internet, a TV in the bedroom and a second TV in the living room with a DVD player.
Both units have granite countertops, solid wood cabinets and beautiful ceramic tile floors in the bathroom/kitchen and plush carpeting in the bedroom and living room areas.

The Bay View Resort has an indoor/outdoor oceanfront pool, Lazy River, hot tub, a kiddie pool with a water fountain, an outdoor splash pad feature and an onsite fitness room. The pools are heated during the off season and can be closed off from the elements to enjoy year round. There is also a Starbucks on-site and a great restaurant located across the street.
The Bay View Resort is located at 504 North Ocean Blvd (on the corner of 5th Ave North and Ocean Blvd) in the heart of Myrtle Beach, two miles south of Broadway at the Beach, and close to many area attractions; including, Family Adventure Amusement Park, NASCAR Speed Park, Golf Courses, Miniature Golf Courses, and many many many other entertainment and attractions!!

My wife and I are retired and greatly enjoyed our stay at the Bayview. We were there for one week. The unit is perfectly located on the boardwalk with a superb direct ocean front view, and is within walking distance to restaurants, etc. If you intend to do a lot of cooking, you would be better off with a larger unit, as the kitchen area does not have a stove. We managed very well with the electric fry pan, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker. We dined out three of the seven nights. In all, we were very pleased, had a great week, and plan to return next year. We love the beach and the view. Location, location, location.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We spent a very good 9 days in the Oceanfront Studio. The check in process was simple and as described in the email. The hotel resort itself is probably a 3+ star resort. Having said that, the amenities were more than adequate. We have not been to Myrtle Beach before, so we can compare to other places, but the resort was on the beach and the boardwalk. The view from the 7th floor was great. The studio was a bit on the smaller side, but was just about enough for the 2 of us with 2 children. There was no washer dryer in the studi There is a reasonable size indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river. there is no outdoor pool. Overall, it was a very good holiday at a very reasonable price. My father and I stayed for a week in this unit and it was excellent. Location was great. Clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Towels, linens clean. Resort was exactly as advertised - safe, clean, convenient. Enjoyed the whirlpool after a round of golf in the chlly wind! Owner made check in easy - everything went exactly as she described. We will most likely stay here again when we come back to try some more of the courses!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, adventure seekers.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Bay View. The unit was extremely clean and well appointed. We appreciated being right on the boardwalk and were able to walk to several nearby activities. Everything was exactly as described. We had a wonderful weekend. My only comment would be on finding the place. Take hwy 17 business into the city, then take 5th ave N. the north part of the address is most important. Then when you reach ocean blvd, the bayview is right there.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and I just spent a spectacular 8 days in this condo. Plenty of space, nice furnished and awesome views of the ocean. Master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the ocean as does the living room. They are 2 separate balconies. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen which saved us money by not having to eat out as often. Most mornings we enjoyed our breakfast and tea out on the balcony watching the sunrise. Absolutely stunning! Never a boring moment. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do (exception of Broadway at the Beach) This is really a centrally located condo right on the boardwalk. A few blocks will find you at SkyWheel, the Bowery, Ripleys and in the other direction you'll find mini golf, Kings Family Amusement Park and the 2nd Ave Pier for fishing or dining. (also amazing views). All in all we had an awesome vacation and were able to totally relax. Just beware of the elevators. If you are on the 7th floor waiting for the elevator, they have a tendency to skip this floor. (If you are inside the elevator, there is no problem)Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We stayed at this condo with my sister and her family. We had such a great time. The condo was clean, well arranged and had incredible views! Nothing beats being this close to the ocean with the beach just footsteps away. The condo was well organized with a nice big kitchen with all cookware and utensils provided. The owner was also very nice and friendly and easy to work with and answered all our questions. I will definitely go back to this unit and rent from the same owner again. Sometimes you never know what it will really be like until you arrive but this unit was exactly what the owner described on VRBO. We had such a great time.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Stayed at this Bayview Unit the week of 7/14/2012 and had a wonderful time. The unit was as described and very clean. I had two teenagers with me and the location of the Resort was fantastic. Easy to walk down to the boardwalk and all the action. The owner was easy to work with and responded to any questions or concerns immediately (Thanks for everything Rufia!). The beach in front of the unit was excellent and not overly crowded. Will definitely rent from this owner again! Wish we were back at the beach!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We decorated this condo ourselves and made sure that it feels like home. It is a 2 bedrooms and very comfortable when we stay there. We always enjoy our stay there and make sure that our guests also have the same experience. Nothing is more important to us than when our guests tell us that they really enjoy their stay.
