This house was just right for me and the group of friends I came with! Everything I needed and wanted was there. The owner of the house was very good with communicating and assisting me with what I asked for. Such a comfortable get-a-way to enjoy at such a convenient cost! The best parts include: the rooms, dining area, backyard, pool and Jacuzzi. I honestly couldn't have asked for more! The entire group of people loved each day spent here. We didn't want to leave at the end of our trip! We appreciated the comfort we had throughout. I would definitely go back again, without a doubt in my mind! Another trip in the future will be coming! Thank you!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Overall, I liked my experience at this house, and interactions with the owner. He was very fair. I didn't get any out of the way extra treatment, but I wouldn't complain about anything that was horrible either. I went for coachella weekend, and prices were inflated. But I don't mind. Demand is just too high that weekend. Private pool was great, house was very spacious. I emailed him back and forth a few times, and he always responded rather quickly. Didn't have to wait for his responses too much. The beds were very comfortable, and the decorations were fun and young. BBQ worked great. The few negs, which aren't a big deal. The owner sent someone over to the house during our stay, to get something from the garage and put it out front to throw away. I would have preferred that they handled this some other time. It was oversized hual away type of trash, and the lady couldn't take care of it herself either. I had to call owner, confirm who she is, and help her move it to the front of the house. wasted maybe about half an hour of my time, but it didn't upset me too much. On a side note of security deposit, he kept 75 dollars for sheet replacement with wine stain, and some pool clean up. I guess he usually charges for spa use, but didn't charge me. So that was nice I guess. I didn't see the stain, and when I left the pool didn't seem murkey as he claimed. I'm not complaining the price too much. but it does seem to be a little on the nickle and dime side. With the inflated rental costs, I would have just chalked it up to cost of doing business.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Our family and friends decided to enjoy the privacy this property can bring us. With the whole experience from booking, contacting/communicating with the owner, arrival to the house, crystal clear salted pool and jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue grill, cozy bedrooms, clean bathrooms/towels, laundry facility, central a/c, open floor plan and unique art pieces to departure, it was truly a birthday to remember. With what the property offered, all you have to do is bring yourself and have a fun California weather time. It's truly a brand new property owned by the owner. After all minor touches (i.e. use of garage, clean up in some drawers in the kitchen, and landscaping) this property will very well deserve 5 stars.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Wow! This house was truly an amazing find! Decided to bring the family for a nice weekend getaway and the pictures do not lie, a truly stunning and captivating interior had the family in awe as we walked in. The design on the house is very very impressive. Lots of art scattered through the house. The house is very spacious, a full kitchen, dining table, 4 very beautiful bedrooms including an absolutely stunning master bedroom. The kids loved the very large backyard with the grill, pool and jacuzzi (The kids got a kick out of the built in colored lights). The owner of the house is very friendly and contactable and truly cares about the experience you have. What a great weekend and will definitely be back for many more!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
