The Heart of St. Simons Island is "The Village", and we're in the Heart of the Village, yet only a few steps to the ocean.

The Village offers charming shops and restaurants, ranging from fine-dining establishments to casual eateries. Young visitors will especially like Neptune Park for picnics under the massive oaks, miniature golf, a playground, and the Fishing Pier.

Climb to the top of the St. Simons Lighthouse, a working lighthouse built in 1872. Our condo is one-half block from the Village and one-half block to the beach.

New tile floors in living room, dining area and kitchen. Our condo offers a Queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a full-size sleeper sofa. TV/VCR/DVD in the living room and both bedrooms.

The dining area seats four at the table and two at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped. Eat outside on the patio under the oak trees.

St. Simons Island offers family-oriented vacationing at the pace you set for yourself and your family. Local legend says that if you get sand in your shoes, you will return. Our family hopes you share our condo, and we hope you return.
