Sarah Grace's Getaway is a relaxing, convenient retreat for your reunion, church group or get together. This home is kid and adult friendly, with fenced yard, outdoor play equipment, swingset and fort, huge deck with two hot tubs, overlooking th lights of downtown Gatlinburg in the wintertime. This log sided one story home is located just above Ripley's Aquarium, but still maintains privacy, has lots of flat parking for 6 or more cars and is handicap accessible, a half mile from downtown Gatlinburg.
This home has been recently remodeled with the rustic log look, custom made tapestry bedspreads and quilts, log furniture and trim, new carpet and paint and plush, $1000 pillow top mattresses on all beds except bunks.
The home is also equipped with high speed internet and free unlimited long distance, toys, games, movies, dvds, nintendo 64 and playstaton 2 systems.
You can enter this one story home from the driveway into the game room or up a wheelchair ramp to the deck and into the living room. The game room has a regulation size log pool table, foosball table, basketball shooter, various games and toys and a 27" TV. There is also an air hockey game in the living area.
Two bedrooms and one bath are off the game room.
Your first right is a log queen-size bunk bed that sleeps 6 and TV.
Your second right is a king bedroom with over sized jacuzzi for two, and TV
Straight ahead up 4 steps is a landing with a full bath to your left. To your right is the utility room with a full size washer & dryer.
The utility room opens into a fully equipped kitchen with 2 microwaves,lots of cabinets and kitchen accessories to accommodate a group of 27. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all one large open space. The dining area has two large tables and 10-12 chairs.
Relax in front of the stone wood burning fireplace in the large 14 x 28 living area and enjoy your big screen TV with a combination VCR/DVD player and home theater system. The living room has a sofa (sleeper), and two futons for sleeping up to 6, and air hockey game. The living room opens out to a large deck, with 2 large six-person hot tubs and two charcoal BBQ grills. The kids will enjoy the fenced yard off this deck which has kiddie toys, a swing set and a fort!
Back inside the living room, you turn left down the hallway to the second section of the home, where you'll find three more bedrooms and three full baths. Down the hall, your first two rights are the second and third full baths with a stand up shower, vanity and commode. To your left is the third bedroom with two sets of queen bunk beds, TV and mirrored closets.
Next on your left is the fourth bedroom with a spacious king size bed, TV, and a mirrored closet with a roll-away bed in it.
At the end is of the hall is the fifth bedroom with a spacious king size bed, futon, TV, his-n-her mirrored closets,and its own private full bath.
The home is equipped with a playpen/crib, stroller, and highchair.
