  We enjoyed the house very much. The house was as described and Amy answered all our questions. The wifi was slow but everything else about the house was great. We really appreciated the coffee, wine and M&Ms provided. We walked the beach and swam/played volleyball in the pool. We cooked out on the grill a couple nights and went out to eat at some good restaurants close by: Flanigans on Atlantic Blvd, Gulluppios on the golf course off 14th street, and our favorite, Bonefish Macs on Federal Hwy(take 14th street to Federal and go right for about 1-2 miles - it is on the right in a small shopping center). We went snorkeling with Dixie Divers. The people were very accommodating but I would not recommend snorkeling in the Atlantic. The waves were very high and the current so strong we had to hold onto a drag line. The water was so murky you could not really see anything. We went to Flamingo Gardens which was okay for walking around on a nice day but it did not live up to its web site description. The people working there were very nice. The best part of our vacation was sitting out back by the pool and enjoying the great weather. I would recommend this house and would rent again the next time in this area.

Amy always puts some good coffee, a nice bottle of wine and some M&M's in each of our properties to welcome our guests when they are arrive. It was good to hear of that local restaurants were appreciated. Next time, we hope they try deep sea charter boat fishing. We have four deep sea charter boats in our BOLO Team. We have the advantage of being the closest spot to the warm waters of the Gulf Stream, just 5 minutes from our docks. The Pompano area has a lot to offer including great golf but the fishing is exceptional.

  The home was spacious enough for six adults and was nicely furnished. Incredible private backyard with pool and hot tub which we used every day of our trip!! Note that we visited in January and the pool was in the shade most of the day but heated. Access to the beach was a short walk thru a gated walkway. The beach was beautiful and uncrowded. In the garage, we found two bikes and two beach chairs. Considering the size of the house, there really should be more beach chairs. The huge family room sofa was a favorite hangout - especially because it overlooked the pool, hot tub and back patio area. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several meals. There is even a gas grill on the patio. The washer and dryer came in handy. The house is in a great residential area yet easily accessible to Rt A1A. We would recommend that you meet someone at the property when you get there to orient you to the house and pool. We didn't but wish we had. It wasn't until halfway thru our week vacation that the owner stopped by and we found out how to turn up the heat for the spa/hot tub. The house was an easy drive from the Ft Lauderdale airport. We enjoyed the home,the amenities and the Pompano Beach/Fort Lauderdale area. Hope to be back again next year and would definitely return to this property!!

  we rented this wonderful house on our 50 birthday. Its was perfekt,near the beach and a large pool at the house.And Amy was very helpful thanks a lot. we will recomed this to all our friends. Kicki & Peter with 4 children 2 daughter in law and 1 son in law and 1 grandchild

  We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was well taken care of. If we had any questions, as simple as explaining the various TV remotes, the management team responded promptly and professionally. We greatly appreciated the welcome. Entering the house, tired after a 17 hours flight, we found a welcome-bottle of wine, Starbuck's coffee and all the essentials to stay in; we did not need to run to the store first thing upon arrival. Hospitality and quality management will be favorably remembered because of the "little" touches like that.

  Owner response: We recognize that our guests will often have made a long journey to our tropical paradise from somewhere far away. Most of our clients come from abroad. We want to show them good old American hospitality. We always leave a 'welcome pack' in all our properties for our guests of the most urgent pick-me-up necessities, a bottle of good Blackstone wine, M&M's and Starbucks coffee. Our Guest Manager, Amy, thinks it is about treating our guests as we would all like to be treated. We are glad the effort is appreciated by such great guests as these.

  The house is ideal for family holidays ( with kids who can swim) The discovery of Florida starting from Pompano was perfect. The district is very calm, the access to the beach easy range and the equipments of the house excellent(the bed linens are fabulous) Moreover you can count on Kevin for any information. Do not forget to organize one day of fishing with him!

  Owner response: We much appreciated these guests at our house. While we have all safety measures in place for our beautiful pool, it is true that parents must always be careful that kids pay attention to the risks of swimming pools. We were especially pleased to arrange for these lovely people to enjoy sportfishing on one of our sister company's Bolo Team deep sea charter boats. Only 5 minutes from the Gulf Stream, the close by Hillsboro Inlet can provide wonderful deep sea charter fishing, reef snorkeling, scuba diving and other nautical pleasures.

  Absoloutely beautiful for our 6 ladies birthday getaway! Even though great location I would reccommend a car if you plan to venture outside of Pompano. Home was dipicted correctly and clean. Rental agent was always available if I had any questions or needed help with anything. I would definitely recommend this home and frankly speaking, I travel with a picky bunch....but they loved it as well!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

  I couldn't have asked for more. I rented the house for my brother's bachelor party, and it was perfect. We comfortably slept 9 people, the pool outside is a great size and is well-maintained, there's a great awning under which you can hang out while grilling, and the house is very well appointed with comfortable beds. It's a short walk to the beach, and while you can find nicer beaches in Florida, it was certainly nice enough for our purposes. There's an area with several sand volleyball nets a few hundred yards down the beach along with platforms, umbrellas, and lounge chairs to relax and look out over the water. In addition, Amy (the renting agent) was very friendly and accommodating for us. Overall, I would give this property a very strong recommendation. When we left, 9 guys were saying "We need to keep this place in mind for the future."

  Owner response: A great group of guys. We were very happy to have them as our guests and glad they enjoyed themselves. They would all be very welcome to come again to stay at this house or one of our other four properties close by.

  La maison est idéale pour des vacances en famille (avec des enfants qui savent nager) La découverte de la Floride à partir de Pompano Beach a été parfaite. Le quartier est très calme, l'accès à la plage facile et les équipements de la maison excellents (les literies sont fabuleuses!) De plus vous pouvez compter sur Kevin pour tout renseignement. Pensez à lui si vous voulez organiser une journée de pêche.

  Owner response: Nous etions tres contents de recevoir ces clients. Nous apprecions leurs commentaires sur notre piscine magnifique. Mais, c'es tout a fait vrai que des parents doivent faire attention meme si nous avons toutes les mesures de securite reglementaire en place. Nouse etions aussi content qu'ils ont pu profite d'une excursion a bord un des bateaux de notre societe soeur, BOLO Team. Nous sommes situe juste a cote d'un Marina que donne sur l'Ocean. Le Gulf Stream n'est qu'a 5 minutes. La peche est tres bonne! Pour des gens expérimente ou qui l'essaient pour le premier fois. Tres agréable.
