Beautiful studio (18 meters square) on the 5° floor (lift) rue Pasquier, near Saint-Lazare, Miromesnil, Madeleine and Opera tube stations. Gare du Nord is direct. Grands Magasins printemps and Galeries Lafayettes are at 5 mn by foot.
You have a wonderful private terrace (20 meters square) with view on Paris roofs, Saint-Augustin church, a garden. You can use it for having a drink, dining, receiving friends. There are two tables and six chairs.
* Surface of the apartment is 18 m². It is extremely luminous and very quiet. It has just been completely renovated. The surface of the terrace is 20 m square.
*One leather sofa-bed with a high quality mattress for 2 people.
* Bathroom with shower and wash-hands basin.
* The kitchen fully equipped: microwaves, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer.

This studio is located in a great part of the city. You're less than 5 mins. away (walking) from the metro station (Gare Saint-Lazare), patisseries and cafes and minutes from upscale department stores (Printemps, Galarie Lafayette) and best of all, a MONOPRIX for convenience purchases (similar to USA's Target). It is located off a small quiet street (across a park). The elevator is small but functional. The studio itself is perfectly adequate for 1-2 people. The amenities are all modern (washroom and kitchen). The sofa bed is relatively comfortable. We enjoyed having access to wi-fi and lots of english-channels on the tv. The best part was the corner terrace! Alexandre was very easy to communicate with. He answered all my questions before booking. He was very professional, courteous and made the process very simple. I would definitely recommend this studio to family and friends. Hoping to return some day!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+.

was easy to schedule and Alex responded very quickly and answered questions freely. The location is fantastic, for access to the St Lazare metro and train station and very near other metro stations/lines. Offers easy walking access to PrintTemp and Galleries Laffette. It is between two Monoprix grocery/sundry stores so you don't have to carry your heavy groceries too far. Yes the elevator is SMALL, but it works and is prompt when called. It was originally hard to find since the house number is not like all the other buildings, you go through a gallery hall to reach the building entrance. I arrived late in the evening and Alex was kind enough to leave the key and codes for my access. I have stayed in 4 other apartments in various areas of Paris and I love the location of this apartment and the access to the outdoors on its open balcony. Yes, I will try to stay here again on a future trip to Paris.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

My husband and I had a terrific time staying in this studio apartment in early October 2012. It is located near the Paris Opera, Place du Concorde and the Champs Elysees. It is also close to several metro and RER stations making it easy to get to other parts of the city. The place is as clean, modern and well maintained as the photos show, and the balcony is just a lovely thing to have while vacationing in Paris. Alexandre is a terrific landlord. He clear, consistent, helpful and friendly. When we had difficulty making Paypal work, he was more than willing to wait a bit longer for us to get cash for the payment and this was a great stress reliever for us. I would recommend this place for a couple looking for a romantic getaway as we were. It was perfect for us.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We stayed at the apartment for six nights in Sept 2012 and found it to be just as the pictures presented -modern and in a great location. Although we walked and rode busses for the most part, it has close access to metro stations, shopping and various sights. Alexandre was very responsive, provided good information for us (as first time visitors to Paris), and we would recommend it as a good afforable "home base".Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

This apartment is in a very charming neighborhood, and is very conveniently located to many major sights, as well as many Metro and RER depots. It is a studio, so it is compact, but we were very comfortable. It is recently refurbished and was very new and clean. The pictures do not do it justice. Also, it has a wrap-around outside deck to enjoy a nice glass of wine before heading out for the evening, or for enjoying your coffee before heading out for a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this place. Also, Alexandre was very helpful and accommodating, and was easy to reach via email and telephone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

The corner apt is conveniently located near supermarkets, 3 metro stations (St Lazare in particular has many metro lines), restaurants, theatres and patisseries. Windows on each side ensure wonderful ventilation. The kitchen is well-equipped for simple cooking and the owner has put in thoughtful amenities like laundry detergent, dish towels and a Nespresso coffee maker. Couch pulls out to a queen size bed. Kitchen drop-leaf table/cabinet is great during meals. Terrace is lovely option as well for meals/drinks. Rain shower feels great after a long day exploring the city. The building is well-secured but do note the tiny elevator if one has large bags. Bike rentals right outside the building for the adventurous and there's also a park across the street. 20-30 min walk to the Louvre, Rue St Honore, the Opera and many other sights. All in all, my stay was a wonderful one.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
