This beautiful condo has been completely re-modeled with new wood floor, kitchen with granite counter tops, large fridge with double doors and ice-maker. The bathroom has top of the line tiles/tub and fittings with lots of lights. The living room has a L-shape leather sofa, flat screen T.V with surround sound system, DVD, player and opens to a balcony. The bedroom has a queen bed ,dresser, wardrobe etc. and a great view of World of Coca Cola & Georgia Aquarium. The unit is designed for 2 adults only and each additional adult is required to pay $25.00 per night with a max of 4 adults.

The Peachtree Tower's is a 24 story solid brick building located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta on Peachtree St and Baker adjacent to the Hyatt's Hotel.
This is undoubtedly the best location in downtown for all tourists and visitors to Atlanta as living at this building you really do not need a car if you are visiting for sightseeing, seminar's meeting's,conferences or perhaps just planning to watch a ball game.
All major attractions, The World of Coca Cola, The Georgia Aquarium,CNN Center, The Centennial Olympic Park, The Children's Museum, The Atlanta Mart,Phillips Arena, The World Congress Center are within a radius of one mile and no more than 10-12 minutes walk.
Most of the leading hotels and some of the finest restaurants are within 2/3 blocks. Major Banks, Fedex, Post Office. Marta. the underground train and food court with some shops are also 2/3 blocks. Taxi's are available right in front of the entrance to the building.
There are two private parking garages adjoining the building as well out of which one has 24/7 security and manned gates.

About: I have voluntarily taken over the responsibility of assisting the owner in managing this lovely unit as it is on the same floor as the unit I have been living in for the past decade.
I am familiar with the downtown area and love to meet people visiting Atlanta from all over the country to interact with them and assist wherever possible in providing guidance & information.
This beautiful condo is owned by a Doctor who in the past 6-8 years has kept it locked most of the time and has barely used it
occasionally for friends and family.
Having retired from active work I wanted to keep myself busy and convinced the Doctor to allow me to manage his unit for a trial period.
I have taken personal responsibility to ensure that the condo is not misused and would therefore requests any and all guests desirous of renting this unit to please treat this unit as their own.
This is primarily the reason why I will not encourage any one with children under 12 years of age to rent this condo. I love children a lot more than adults so please do not take offense in this restriction.This is just to protect someone else's property and to avoid any possible damage/misuse.
Also teenagers and youngster's below the age of 26 should avoid renting this unit.
Why Atlanta: I have ever since I moved to Atlanta lived in this building and in my opinion there is no better location in downtown area than 'The Peachtree Towers'
I would not give it up for anything be it a superior modern building or a far better unit. This is it.Period.
Whether you are here for work,vacation, attending a seminar/conference or to watch a ball game, this is where you should be living as everything is walking distance and you do not even need a car unless you plan to drive to other areas. This is the mini Manhattan of New York and where the action is all the time.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: World of Coca Cola, Georgia Aquarium, the largest in the World, The Centennial Olympic Park, CNN Center, Philips Arena, World Congress Center are all within 10-12 minutes walk.
Atlanta Mart and the famous Hyatt's Hotel where all the action is just across the road from this building.
Marta, the underground train is just two blocks away. Save $$$$ by taking the train from the airport instead of hiring a car paying high gas prices and parking which at some locations can be as high as $25.
Take the train to 'Peachtree Center Station' which is a 20 minutes ride from the airport and costs only $5 return. .
Why pay double the price for small hotel rooms when you can live in a beautiful suite in this building with all the amenities you would want in your home for half the price.
This building is surrounded by all the major hotels and some of the finest restaurants are just a couple of blocks away. There is even a food court adjoining the Hyatt's and Marriot hotels which are right across the road.
Plenty of taxi's are available in front of the building all the time in case you need to go to Atlantic Station for entertainment or shopping in the mid-town Buckhead area where all the Mall's are located.
This building also has a 24/7 concierge with security cameras and no one other than the resident's and guest's can enter without a key fob which you are provided with when you check in.
Early check in's and late check out's can be considered favorably provided they do not clash with the next guest's.
There are two private parking garages adjoining the building as well just in case you are driving. There is a covered,gated, manned parking lot which charges $18 per day with unlimited in & outs.( Recommended) and there is an open lot which charges $5 most times but has no in & out privileges and the rates renew at 6am each morning and the meter has to be fed. (Not recommended).
Guest's staying longer with car's should make prior arrangements well in advance.
