A state of the art media room , on the main floor,(may also be used as a 5th bedroom, which includes a sofa sleeper and full bath) complete with Epson DVD movie projector and a five foot screen perfect for a movie night with the kids after a fun filled day at the beach.
The large gourmet kitchen with all the ammenities will astound you...the handsome wood cabinetry, granite countertops and prestigious Viking appliances, is perfect for the family chef!
Upstairs you will find a second master bedroom and a 4th bedroom that has four twin beds. These bedrooms have their own private double vanity dressing areas with walk in closets and share a full bath with the master bedroom. Beautiful views of the ocean are seen from windows & balconies. Also, we have a washer/dryer upstairs for your convenience.
All bedrooms have tv's and dvd players. They are all available for video game hook ups.
Villa Santina is only a short walk (we're right across the street from the beach!) to the beach or Club Destiny. You can also jump on the golf cart and take a ride anywhere within the gated community. .Enjoy all the ammenities Destiny has to offer including a wonderful clubhouse, fitness center, large seasonally-heated swimming pool, hot tub, children's state of the art playground, cooking pavillions, tennis courts, putting green, basketball, private 25-seat JMAX theater (call to book for your own private family movie viewing), hiking and biking trails.
