  The title of our incentive trip was King of the Hill and everyone really felt like royalty. The house is absolutely beautiful and the amenities were endless. We were concerned with parking and there was never a problem finding a space. Joel the owner was so delightful to work with. He even went as far as to order the NFL channel so the group could watch their favorite teams. I have received numerous calls and emails from the group and the favorite part about the trip was the house. This property is located in the perfect spot. A short walk to the corner store, twenty minutes to downtown and is surrounded by quaint shops and eateries. I would definitely reccommend this property to anyone looking for something far better than the usual vacation spot

  Our stay in the Lincoln Park area could not have been better. From a location perspective the house is located in a great neighbourhood - walking distance to everything from a variety of restaurants and stores. The neighbourhood was beautiful - nice houses and large trees line the streets. We had a couple of cars with us on the trip and while the house had a garage, we never had any issues parking on the street. The house was great - large bedrooms, ample living space on the main floor (living room, dining room and open concept kitchen/breakfast/seating area) and basement. The house finishes would certainly be described as luxurious throughout. The owner, Joel, responded quickly to a couple of requests we had and I am sure would have helped out further had we any more requests. We had a great stay in Chicago, and would certainly rent this house again for future trips.

  We had a great time at this wonderful house. It was beautiful and spacious with all the amenities we needed. It is a definite must if you have a large group of people and want to be in a great location. If we get back to Chicago with a group of that size again we will definitely make this call. C. M. S.   Our family – 9 adults, two very small kiddos - fit more than comfortably in this beautiful 6 BR townhome. It was upscale in every way, from kitchen to trim. But the best part of all was the neighborhood! Urban, but very neighborhood-y: an eclectic mix of historical and contemporary townhomes, many-to-most of them recently renovated (or built). It's a half-block away from RoseAngelis, a great neighborhood Italian restaurant and Maive, a great, non-dive neighborhood bar right across the street from it. Walk a couple of blocks in one direction in the morning to Starbucks or a couple of blocks in the other direction to Fritz Pastry for your morning joe. Walk for lunch or dinner to neighborhood bar-restaurants Tavish and Rocks. And an easy cab ride to anywhere else you'd want to go.

  If Luxury Mansion is available, don't hesitate to book it. Its an impressive, beautiful home, in a great location, with lots of upgrades and amenities. The neighborhood is beautiful and the location is walkable to many nice restaurants and attractions, including Wrigley Field. I rented the place for an annual grad school reunion trip and everyone was quite pleased. Everything is new, clean, and in great working condition. We had 13 people, but I can definitely see how the house could easily accomodate a much larger group. Joel, the owner, really cares about making your rental experience a positive one and has done a great job of thinking of every possible need - the house is really set up for your comfort. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is top notch, and well equipped with two of every cooking gadget you can think of. There are lots of great common areas, with everything you need to be entertained - Big screen TV, WiFi, Blueray player, Bluetooth speaker system, pool table. The bedrooms are all nicely furnished and the master suite and bath are quite impressive. Thanks Joel!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

  Everything about my family's stay in this home was perfect. This house is absolutely beautiful, and the location is great. Joel went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in Chicago. If you are booking 4 or more rooms downtown for over 3 nights, you'd be crazy not to consider this house first. Thanks for everything, Joel.

  Rented the house for a bachelorette party this past weekend. Joel accommodated us at the last minute as our other rental plans fell through. The house is enormous and beautiful. Lots of communal space (there were 12 of us) but also plenty of rooms to escape to. Very well maintained/clean and a perfect location for walking to anything in Lincoln Park or Lakeview. We had dinner downtown- only a 15 minute cab ride. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!!

  My 5 children and their mates and myself stayed at this gorgeous house for a week for my sons wedding. The house is huge with many areas both inside and out to congregate. We especially loved the garage roof deck at night to hang out . The owner was most accommodating. I just loved the house and as my kids said it was awesome.

I am happy that I was able to adjust our calendar at last minute for your sons wedding, due to the other rental you had booked canceling on you with such short notice. It is the perfect house for 20 quests where you never feel crowded with several lounge areas inside and multiple decks including the garage roof deck outside to relax and have your own space. As much as it was a terrible thing being canceled by other home owner at last minute, I am sure it was for the better for you at the end.   What a beautiful home!! We couldn't have asked for a place to stay that was more spacious, inviting, and gorgeous! Four levels made for it easy to get away but also to gather in several different atmospheres. The kitchen area was great for hanging out and munching after a meal, the sitting areas (and there are a few :) were inviting and the bedrooms were spacious. Thank you for a perfect stay in Chicago!!
