  We had a wonderful spring break vacation at this lovely beach home. The views from the balcony are amazing and we enjoyed both mornings (watching the sun rise) and evenings (listening to the waves) on the huge deck. The condo is decorated beautifully and is equipped with all that you could possibly want. The place was immaculate and had very comfortable beds, plenty of linens and a wonderful living area. Karen was fabulous to deal with and made our experience so easy and relaxing. Thanks so much - we feel like we have been spoiled - we will definitely come back to this great place again.

  Our 4-day stay in this beautiful Ocean front condo was simply way too short! The condo is located in one of the best situated buildings (Saida) on the SPI strip. Being an end unit and located on the top (6th) floor affords unparallelled views from the many windows and from the fabulous balcony. The private balcony overlooks the ocean and the beach and afforded us many relaxing hours of coffee sipping in the morning and wine sipping at night :-). The condo itself has recently been lovingly and completely remodeled; great attention to detail has resulted in a beautiful interior space - right out of Coastal Living Magazine. The owner, Karyn, was a joy to work with; paperwork came quickly, payment schedule was a breeze and our deposit was returned promptly. Gabriella's Italian restaurant is within walking distance of the condo and while there is almost always a wait, it is well worth it! Great food! We look forward to returning to this little gem on the beach!

  The condo was as nice as advertised. Our family members, 5 adults and a 2 year old, were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. The interior was well decorated and very clean and well maintained. The entry was very inviting, making us feel welcome and ready to enjoy the sandy beach. Karen was extremely accommodating and made every effort to make our stay as good as possible. Her welcome amenities folder was very helpful and complete. It was a refreshing reprieve from a midwest winter. We would chose this condo and experience again.

  Having been to South Padre in the winter before, we have always appreciated the walks on the beach, seafood restaurants etc. What we have never experienced before was a place to stay that matched the serenity and beauty that you find here this time of year. The condo was spotless with every imaginable amenity you could possibly desire. It is hard to describe how well this place is decorated, but you definitley know that you are at the beach wherever you are in the condo. The beach colors and decor which the owners used are like something out of a Coastal Living Magazine. The beds are so comfortable that I found myself sleeping through the night which I never do at home. Linens were like the Four Seasons and they even had Beach Towels for us to use with the little alligators on them. One night we watched a movie on the 60" Screen in the living room and they even had a sound bar for surround sound. Most of the time however we kept the TV off and just played our Ipod in their Klipsh sound box with Jimmy Buffet and George Strait in the background. They even have a bar with a glass doored beer frig in the living room to stock your wine and beverages. The view from the spacious balcony is so beautiful and relaxing that all the meals we ate in the condo were outside. We are so spoiled now that this is the only place we could ever stay again on SPI!

  Our recent stay at Saida Towers II more than exceeded our expectations. The condo is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated & has all the amenities that you need for a comfortable vacation. The deck has plenty of room with as good as ocean view as you can get. We enjoyed being able to walk to many of the restaurants, some right on the beach. The owner was very helpful in making our stay one worth coming back for. I would certainly recommend this unit for any family.

  Our stay at this condo was fantastic! I could tell the owners took great pride and effort in decorating their vacation home for the enjoyment of families, like mine. We have 4 young children and they were ecstatic about the condo. The accessibility to the beach/pool was so convenient. We felt very much at home. Thank you so much for your efforts and decorating efficiency! We plan on renting again in the near future.

  Our family vacation at this condo was very relaxing. The condo was more beautiful than the pictures and the views of the beach were amazing! There is lots of privacy since the unit is located on the end of the top floor, The condo was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen. We enjoyed the spacious dining area where our family enjoyed beautiful views while we ate our meals. We ran into a couple of minor issues during our stay, but Karyn was quick to respond and the issues were immediately resolved. Overall we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back.

  The beach views from the balcony, dining, kitchen, and bedroom windows are fabulous. Visitors are able to enjoy the every changing gulf views from six floors above. The condo is beautifully decorated in a resort theme with paint colors that complement the beach views. The condo had been freshly cleaned and sparkled upon our arrival. All linens are of a quality of a fine hotel. THe owner provided amenities such as soap, klenex, and shampoo. This condo will be our first choice in the future.

  WOW, what can I say to describe our incredible 6 nights at this beautiful condo. If you are considering a South Padre Condo, this one is THE BEST!!! It has such amazing views of the beach, and it is the closest condo to the beach. Also very close to pool and tennis courts. The owners have done such a great job remodeling, and their attention to detail is extraordinary. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked, balcony nice and large, beautiful decorations, very clean, and 3 very nice TV's. If you look at the pictures, they truly represent what this condo looks like, it really is that great! Staying at this condo was definitely worth the money, Karyn is delightful to work with, and we look forward to staying there again.
