Let us share with you our favorite family vacation!! Our villa's desirable first floor location is steps to the pool, clubhouse, and 'har tru' tennis courts.
The spacious two bedroom, two bathroom layout offers all the amenities of home including a fully furnished kitchen and all your bed linens and towels. Completely redecorated in 2004 with new carpeting and tile, new bedding, new appliances (including a new air conditioner, furnace and water heater), and a fresh coat of paint - our villa is more charming than ever.
A maximum of six can sleep comfortably in the villa which features a new queen mattress in the master bedroom with private bath, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. A dining room table accommodates six. A Sofa and loveseat provide seating for all to relax after a fun day at the beach or on the links. We also have a covered porch that offers additional seating and a saltbox full of little extras for your enjoyment - beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach umbrella.
This Villa is located within the gated, security-patrolled community of Fiddler’s Cove Beach and Racquet Club. This 23-acre peaceful resort offers two large pools, a heated hot tub, sundeck, tot lots, outdoor grilling areas, bike racks and a small lagoon. Included with your rental is unlimited use of Fiddler's Cove’s ten clay Har-Tru tennis courts and two indoor racquetball courts!
Did we mention the short walk to the beach? Just 300 yards away is the pristine white sands of Folly Field Beach. Follow the wide sidewalks to Folly Field which features public restrooms, a beachwalk, public meter parking, and unbeatable sunsets.
Hilton Head offers everything one needs for a first-class vacation! Championship golfing, miles of beaches, charming yacht harbors, and world class fishing! Go kayaking, take a dolphin tour, or shop till you drop! Pick up the bike trail right at Folly Field and meander around the scenic island. At the end of a fun-filled day, enjoy one of the island's fine-dining restaurants or grill your prize catch of the day just outside the villa. Then return to the beach to fly a kite or take a late night stroll.

* We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* NO SMOKING IN VILLA, No Pets, No Motorcycles, and No Boats. $400.00 MINIMUM FINE for smoking in villa.
* No bikes are allowed inside the villa.
* Please use the provided bike racks.
*Cancellations made prior to 30 days will be refunded. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival OR for early departure.
*DAMAGES:
Although we never anticipate any damage, your security deposit will be refundable within 30 days after departure provided the following:
**No damage is done to our villa or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
**All trash, rubish, and discards are placed in the dumpster.
**All doors and windows in villa are left locked.
**All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
**No linens are lost or damaged.
**No early check-in or late check-out, unless prior arrangements have been made.
**The guest(s) is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or Regime Manager.
DEPARTURE:
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is 10 a.m. Before your departure, we would appreciate if you would take care of the following:
**Return all furniture and accessories to their original locations.
**Gather all trash and place in nearby dumpster.
**Set thermostat to 76 degrees in the warmer weather and 68 in the cooler weather.
**Check all doors and windows to be sure they are locked.
**Make sure there is one key in the 'lock box' and two keys hanging inside the kitchen cabinet.

My husband and I spent 3 great weeks in march at this Villa / Condo. The location was perfect. Close to the beach (a short 5 minute walk), bike trails and shopping. The condo had everything we needed and more. My husband loved having the W5. We felt very much at home. We loved it here and were sad to have to leave. I would recommend this Villa to all my family and friends. We will be returning next year.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

Recently spent 1 week at Don and JoAnn's villa in Hilton Head. This is a wonderful, clean condo with all the amenities. Would higly recommend it to anyone looking for golf, tennis and long walks on the beach. A great location, minutes away from groceries, outlet malls and premier golf courses. Hopefully a longer, return visit is in the future!Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We rented this lovely, spacious condo for a full week and wished we could have stayed for much longer! It felt like we were at home! It is a great place to stay. We had never been to Hilton Head before but found that the condo location was ideal for getting everywhere on the island. We had our 5 grandchildren with us and they were entertained every minute! The location of this condo is so close to the pool and activity center! We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning sometime soon! We highly recommend renting from these owners. My family loved this beautifully decorated villa! It felt like a home-away-from-home to us. The new washer and dryer were perfect for us to do quick loads of laundry. We enjoyed being only steps away from the small pool; as well as to the clubhouse for ping pong, racquet ball, and tennis. We will definitely return next summer for our annual family vacation!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We just had a WONDERFUL stay in this beautiful villa. Our family of 6 felt very cozy and at home in this beautiful villa. We had everything we needed for our stay. The villa is decorated so nice for a family. This villa came supplied with everything you need. Everything you need at home was already there for us. The paper products, laundry soap and anything you could think of that you could need in a kitchen to cook with was there. The villa is on the ground level and was great for unloading the car and brining in the groceries. The pool is right outside the door and I mean right outside the door, and very nice. The pool and area around the pool is cleaned every morning. the pool was open until 10:00 pm every night. The beach is a short 5 minute walk from the villa. The villa even came equiped with a beach caddy, chairs, umbrella and toys to be used at the beach. This was very nice to use when we went to the beach. The washer and dryer were great to have right there in the villa. They are new and very quiet when running. they even had a basket of brochures for surrounding locations to visit. This villa is very CLEAN and quiet and we would recommend it to everyone to visit.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We enjoyed a week at this villa, and our only complaint is that we wish we were still there! We've rented from VRBO every year for the last 4 years and this home exceeded our expectations. It was VERY clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the owners stock the home with a generous supply of dish washing, laundry, cleaning, and paper products. Normally when we've rented places in the past, there is nothing, this was a wonderful surprise. There was plenty of parking, and the first floor location was awesome for going to the beach and unpacking the car. The condo is steps from the pool, I've read "steps from the pool" before, but this home truly is right by the pool! This was wonderful with children. We were a little worried that being so close to the pool, that we'd be awoke at night with sounds of late night swimmers, however that concern was unnecessary, onsite security closed the pool nightly at 10 PM, and prior to that we did not hear any noise. The beach was about a 10 minute walk with a beach cart that was provided. We opted to drive most days, parking was inexpensive at just $1.00 per hour. The beach is beautiful, and has amenities such as lifeguards, restrooms, and showers. We had a great week, and would recommend this villa to all.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Loved this condo!! It was super clean and it has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Just bring clothes and sunscreen. We enjoyed being so close to pool and beach was just a short walk. Enjoyed the Tennis courts and playing ping pong and corn hole in club house. It is also on bike route. Jump on your bike and you can travel around entire island. Owners Jo Ann and Don were great to work with. Can't wait to return to this fantastic place!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This was our first visit to Hilton Head and it is now our new favorite! Love the rustic environment, bike trails everywhere and miles of beachfront. The villa was beyond our expectations-every possible vacation amenity was there. I am a big stickler for cleanliness and this place was clean, clean,clean. The beds were comfy and roomy. The best part for our kids was the pool right outside the door. The walk to the beach is minutes and there is plenty of space for privacy. We could not have asked for a better experience and will be back! We just spent two weeks in 8B and once again had a great vacation! We stayed here in 2000 and were excited to be able to come back this year. The condo is beautiful as always and there is a true feeling of a home away from home- every convenience is made available! We especially like the close walk to the beach and appreciated the beach chairs/umbrella/cart that are provided in the condo. As always, we enjoyed breakfasts at Harold's Diner and a nice dinner at Old Oyster Factory. This time around we tried some other/new restaurants: Roastfish and Cornbread (Chef David, formerly of the Sea Shack), Stacks Pancakes, Hilton Head Brewery, and British Open Pub. We traveled to Savannah and enjoyed eating at Mrs. Wilke's Dining Room and The Distillery. The Old Towne Trolley provided a ride around the city, as well as an evening Ghost Tour. Both were enjoyable. Charleston was also a close drive. We toured the city, marketplace, and port there- eating at 3 Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives restaurants that we would also recommend (Glass Onion, Tatooed Moose, and Early Bird Cafe). Fiddler's Cove is a beautiful, well-maintained property which is close to many restaurants, activities, and other cities. I would highly recommend Don and Joann's villa 8B to friends, family, and anyone. About the owner: My family took our first trip to Hilton Head from our home in Cincinnati, OH in the summer of 1987. We stayed at Fiddlers Cove and immediately fell in love with the family atmosphere. We decided to invest in a villa of our own and have been the proud owners of Villa 8B for close to 20 years! How fortunate we are that our three daughters have continued the tradition of bringing their families to Fiddler's Cove each year. We love spending time with our eight grandchildren and are pleased that they love Hilton Head as much as we do.

We are so lucky to be the most convenient villa to the family friendly pool in the entire complex! We are on the first floor so no steps to worry about. You can see the pool from our front door and windows. We have a grill area outside of our patio. And the game room is just steps away. Our location can't be beat.

Folly Field is one of the most beautiful stretches of beach on Hilton Head Island. We knew we wanted our vacation home to be as close to this beach as possible. A short 5 minute walk from the villa and you can access the public beach walkway equipped with public restrooms and showers. The unique beach mat allows you easy access across the sand with a beach cart, wagon, or bike. If you prefer, make the easy 1/4 mile drive and take advantage of the convenient public parking.
