Let us share with you our favorite family vacation!! Our villa's desirable first floor location is steps to the pool, clubhouse, and "har tru" tennis courts.
The spacious two bedroom, two bathroom layout offers all the amenities of home including a fully furnished kitchen and all your bed linens and towels. Completely redecorated in 2004 with new carpeting and tile, new bedding, new appliances (including a new air conditioner, furnace and water heater), and a fresh coat of paint - our villa is more charming than ever.
A maximum of six can sleep comfortably in the villa which features a new queen mattress in the master bedroom with private bath, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. A dining room table accommodates six. A Sofa and loveseat provide seating for all to relax after a fun day at the beach or on the links. We also have a covered porch that offers additional seating and a saltbox full of little extras for your enjoyment - beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach umbrella.
This Villa is located within the gated, security-patrolled community of Fiddler’s Cove Beach and Racquet Club. This 23-acre peaceful resort offers two large pools, a heated hot tub, sundeck, tot lots, outdoor grilling areas, bike racks and a small lagoon. Included with your rental is unlimited use of Fiddler's Cove’s ten clay Har-Tru tennis courts and two indoor racquetball courts!
Did we mention the short walk to the beach? Just 300 yards away is the pristine white sands of Folly Field Beach. Follow the wide sidewalks to Folly Field which features public restrooms, a beachwalk, public meter parking, and unbeatable sunsets.
Hilton Head offers everything one needs for a first-class vacation! Championship golfing, miles of beaches, charming yacht harbors, and world class fishing! Go kayaking, take a dolphin tour, or shop till you drop! Pick up the bike trail right at Folly Field and meander around the scenic island. At the end of a fun-filled day, enjoy one of the island's fine-dining restaurants or grill your prize catch of the day just outside the villa. Then return to the beach to fly a kite or take a late night stroll.

* Weekly rentals preferred ... Saturday to Saturday.
* Monthly rentals available Nov. through Mar.
* We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, and credit cards (Master, Visa, Discover).
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* NO SMOKING IN VILLA, No Pets, No Motorcycles, and No Boats. $400.00 MINIMUM FINE for smoking in villa.
* No bikes are allowed inside the villa.
* Please use the provided bike racks.
*Cancellations made prior to 30 days will be refunded. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival OR for early departure.
*DAMAGES:
Although we never anticipate any damage, your security deposit will be refundable within 30 days after departure provided the following:
**No damage is done to our villa or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
**All trash, rubish, and discards are placed in the dumpster.
**All doors and windows in villa are left locked.
**All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
**No linens are lost or damaged.
**No early check-in or late check-out, unless prior arrangements have been made.
**The guest(s) is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or Regime Manager.
DEPARTURE:
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is 10 a.m. Before your departure, we would appreciate if you would take care of the following:
**Return all furniture and accessories to their original locations.
**Gather all trash and place in nearby dumpster.
**Set thermostat to 76 degrees in the warmer weather and 68 in the cooler weather.
**Check all doors and windows to be sure they are locked.
**Make sure there is one key in the "lock box" and two keys hanging inside the kitchen cabinet.

* Apr./May $643/wk; June/July/August $775/wk; plus $100 Security Deposit.
* Sept/Oct. $583/wk; Nov-$462/wk; Dec/Jan $421/wk; plus$100 Security Deposit.
Security Deposit is returned after complete inspection of villa for missing or
damaged items. Villa is cleaned prior to arrival and again after departure.
$200 deposit (plus $100 Sec. Dep.) will hold your reservation. Balance of the rent
will be due one month prior to your check-in date at the villa.
Cleaning Fee and taxes are included in rent. Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday.

We are so lucky to be the most convenient villa to the family friendly pool in the entire complex! We are on the first floor so no steps to worry about. You can see the pool from our front door and windows. We have a grill area outside of our patio. And the game room is just steps away. Our location can't be beat.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Folly Field is one of the most beautiful stretches of beach on Hilton Head Island. We knew we wanted our vacation home to be as close to this beach as possible. A short 5 minute walk from the villa and you can access the public beach walkway equipped with public restrooms and showers. The unique beach mat allows you easy access across the sand with a beach cart, wagon, or bike. If you prefer, make the easy 1/4 mile drive and take advantage of the convenient public parking.

My family took our first trip to Hilton Head from our home in Cincinnati, OH in the summer of 1987. We stayed at Fiddlers Cove and immediately fell in love with the family atmosphere. We decided to invest in a villa of our own and have been the proud owners of Villa 8B for close to 20 years! How fortunate we are that our three daughters have continued the tradition of bringing their families to Fiddler's Cove each year. We love spending time with our eight grandchildren and are pleased that they love Hilton Head as much as we do.

The condo was great!! I was in the condo from November-January. What a great layout and wonderful location. I went running every night on the beach since it was so close. The condo had a great warm homie feeling! Such a great place. perfect for any type of vacation.

The condo was great - price was right and location was convenient! Pictures provided are very accurate and part of what affected our decision to rent here.The chairs and cart provided for the beach were a nice amenity. Loved having the pool right outside our door - our 3 kids had a ball!! Owners were very nice to work with. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we were not disappointed. Also we spent some time in the clubhouse playing ping-pong which gave the kids something extra to do. Don't miss the historical museum at Honey Horn! Lots of great info for first timers and the nature trail was a nice walk.

We stayed in this condo in June of 2010 and it was wonderful!! Clean, spacious, had everything we could possibly need, and convenient to the pool and beach. We have 3 small children so the pool was the perfect location to be able to go in and out of the condo without having to lug everything with us!! Thank you so much for this wonderful vacation!

Once again we had a wonderful time at your villa this year. Wouldn't even think about staying anywhere else! We have been staying there since 2001 and absolutely love it! Very convenient to pool and beach which is what we want on vacation. Every year we try a new restaurant and this year we went to "Wild Wings" and it was very good! We also love "Old Oyster Factory" on Tuesday nights. Like to go atound 730 or 8 and eat outside while watching the fireworks. Can't wait for 2012!

We Just returned from a great week at your wonderful villa. The location by the pool is really convenient and the short walk to the beach. The villa is very comfortable ( especially the beds) and we always have a very relaxing time. We have stayed here numerous times and are never disappointed. Fiddler's Cove is great for families.

My wife and I have stayed in Don and JoAnn's villa since our first trip to HHI together in 2006 and have been back every year since. We consider their villa our home away from home. We love our annual trek to your Fiddler's Cove- Villa! It is always so relaxing, clean and comfortable! The kids always feel right at home and enjoy sharing the same room for a week! The walk to the beach always proves to be exciting as we see many things and the kids love spending the afternoons at the pool. As always, I recommend your Villa often!
