  If your looking for a fun place to stay that is convient to all of Daytona Beach this is the place to be. I have stayed at this unit for the past 7 years with family and friends and every time we go we can't wait to come back. The unit is clean and tropical so you feel right at home at the beach. All you need to bring is the suntan lotion and some flip flops and enjoy all of fun thing this place has to offer. I love waking up and going to bed each night listening to the sound of the waves. The best part is the sunrise at 6:40am every morning. Where else in the world can you lie in bed and watch the sunrise? This is the perfect place to enjoy such a view. Being on the 3rd floor gives you great views from the LIGHT HOUSE to the Pier. AMAZING so call and book your time at this great place by the sea. We will be back in the fall one more time.

  We have been coming to Daytona Beach for 39 years. You have decorated beautifully and tastefully, especially with regard to a beach theme. Love the way you incorporated a dining area & sitting area & reading area in a small space. The location is outstanding. Thank you so very much!!

  My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing time in Ann's condo. Everything was clean and well kept. We were able to enjoy the beach, local entertainment, shopping, the race, etc. Each day we relished the ocean view from the balcony. When we returned home we were refreshed and anxious to head back to Daytona. Excellent accommodations!

  We have stayed at Ann's Condo before and absolutely LOVE it! The room is well kept. It has a beautiful view of the beach and my kids love the huge pool. It is close walking distance to the pier/boardwalk which we usually walk to everyday. We have our favorite restaurant that we can't wait to eat at when we come (Our Deck Down Under). I would definately recommend staying here!

  This Condo was wonderful. It was in a great location, felt safe, everyone very friendly, and the view was AMAZING!!!! Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful place with us. We hope to enjoy it again soon.
