The lovely communal pool is available for use from dawn to dusk and is heated during the winter months. The building is flanked by the inland waterway and marina on the east side, providing plenty of opportunities for manatee and dolphin sightings or just watching the boat and kayak activity. There is so much to do and see in Naples and the Vanderbilt Beach area...all within a short walk or drive. Go shelling along the beach in Delnor-Wiggins Park and watch the boats, jet-skis and paddle boards manuever through the pass. The Ritz Carlton, The Turtle Club and the Lighthouse Restaurant are all located about a mile down Gulf Shore Drive which runs along the beach and dead-ends into the condo. There are multiple restaurants, hotels etc, along this road with both indoor and beachfront dining which you can easily access by walking on the beach or driving. Public golf courses, restaurants, shopping, movies, medical emergent care facilities, parks, tennis courts, banks, boat and kayak rental, bike rental...you name it!...all a short drive from the unit. Downtown Naples, Marco Island, Sanibel Island and Downtown Fort Myers are all an easy drive as well. You will never run out of things to do!
