The Villas ensure privacy and tranquility as they are situated on 15 acres of private beachfront property surrounded by palm trees and olive, pistachio and fruit groves. A mere 10 minute walk takes you to the romantic old fishing Village of Perdika which offers choices of water front dining and cafes. Easy access to Piraeus Port via 40 minute Hydrofoil or water taxi

Take a walk down a natural stone pathway to the crystal clear Aegean Sea! Villa amenities also include common Infinity swimming pool as well as an outdoor grand barbeque pit complete with expansive ocean views. All Villa units require a minimum stay of one week.

First Villa
(2 units)
- First floor Villa has one bedroom, one living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two marble baths. Marble floors throughout the Villa. Fully furnished with new furniture, fireplace, Jacuzzi and central air conditioning.

- Second floor Villa includes First floor Villa amenities with a loft.

Second Villa
(2 units)
- First floor consists of two bedrooms, living room, two marble baths and all the amenities as described in the first Villa.

- Second floor Villa has three bedrooms with two additional rooms and all the amenities described above.
