This is a private MIL unit with the entire downstairs for your use..1 Private entrance with your own kitchen and outside BBQ with just a feel of vacation...:) Rarely will the upstairs have anyone in it.. We are busy people and just don't get the time to use our 2nd home and we want others to enjoy what we can't.... The upstairs can be rented if you have more guests but there is a minimum of a week stay... which would be a 3 bed/3bath home. Just ask if interested...
