This wonderful elevated island home can be yours for your upcoming vacation! Although you'll be close to absolutely everything Anna Maria has to offer, you won't want to leave your private waterside oasis. Enjoy tropical décor and an easy, open floor plan that combine to bring the outdoors inside. Large flat-panel televisions, volume ceilings with painted paneling, and comfy furniture perfect for curling up with a beach read will make you feel right at home.
It's the outside, however, that's nothing short of magical. A large deck overlooking the pool, spa, and Lake LaVista are the perfect spot for dining al fresco, whether munching on toast and tea or coffee in the morning, or grilling something yummy in the evening. Perhaps it will be your catch of the day, snagged right off your dock! Lake LaVista is known for its excellent fishing opportunities.
Follow the steps from the sunny upstairs deck, pass through a flower-draped trellis, and enter the lovely waterside pool area, complete with lush vegetation lovingly planted over the years by English owners who brought their gardening skills with them when they crossed the 'Pond.' The beautiful tropical specimens highlight a large freeform pool and spa, making it the perfect spot to while-away hours in the sun.
Everyone in your group will enjoy spending time down on the dock, where all sorts of sea life can be seen enjoying Lake LaVista, from star fish and mollusks to dolphins and manatees. You can watch boaters and kayakers glide by on their way to-and-from Tampa Bay; bring your own boat* or jet skis, or rent kayaks so you can join them!
When you're ready to explore beyond your private oasis, you can easily access everything on foot or by bike. Located just one block north of Pine Avenue, you'll find shops and restaurants right around the corner. The Anna Maria Community Theater, famous Sand Bar Restaurant, and unlimited access to our pristine beaches are all at one end of Pine, while at the other end you can enjoy the sights and sounds of Tampa Bay and the historic Anna Maria City Pier. Heading into Holmes or Bradenton Beaches? A stop for the free Island Trolley is just steps away in front of the Anna Maria Historic Society Museum!
