Our Cottage is located at the mouth of the Skokomish estuary at the Great Bend also know as Annas Bay. Where the wildlife is abundant and home to a dozen salmon runs annually, so bring your fishing gear and fish right off the deck. If you're here at the right time of year you'll be treated to the migration of our J-pod of Orcas as they move through Hood Canal feeding on the seals.
The view is ever changing. As the tide comes in and out each day the salmon, seals, sea otters, and many different birds come to our beach to feed. The wildlife is your entertainment daily as the seasons change. The location of the property provides sun on your deck and beach all day, and your well behaved dog is welcome too! :)
We are located approximately one mile from the Union marina at mile marker 4 on State route 106.

The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
The fresh water from the river, meets the salt water from the canal, and the sea life and birds come from all around to feed. This past spring we counted 39 eagles on our beach, the day their young fledged. That was quite exciting.
