Grandview #205 is a unique, 2100 sq ft, four-bedroom, "lockout" condominium. In this end, second-floor unit, one side is a three-bedroom/two-bathroom unit and the other is a one-bedroom/one-bathroom unit great for in-laws, parents or grandparents for their privacy. Great for big families, multiple families, reunions, or wedding parties etc. Can only be rented as a 4 bedroom.

The one bedroom does not have a kitchen, but does have a full bath with double sinks, stand alone shower and jacuzzi tub. All bathrooms have granite in them as does the kitchen. Upgraded with stainless-steel appliances, designer fans, designer window treatments, designer lights, tile throughout except bedrooms, designer paint scheme, excellent art work, and crown molding.
There is Waynes coating in the entrance and hall kicks. Full washer/dryer in three-bedroom unit side with a full kitchen. Bedrooms are large. Has a total of one king bed, one queen bed, one queen sofa sleeper and double bunk beds on the three bedroom side. There is one queen-size bed on the one bedroom lockout side. High-grade wood cabinets throughout.
VCR/DVD in all four bedrooms and living room. Has front and back deck. Both are tiled. Has a small workout area on the second floor of building next door. Living room and master bedroom look over Gulf and enter onto beachside balcony.
The unit is close restaurants like Carrabbas/Bonefish Grill, amusement parks, and movie theatres.....PIER PARK.
