  This place is in the heart of Beaufort. You can walk to everyplace in town and catch ferry rides right across the street. The place was immaculately clean and completely updated with a great bathroom and two very roomy bedrooms and a small office. The place was even better than the photos on the VRBO site. The owner was a wonderful friendly person and had chocolates, coffee and a variety of teas ready for our use. We could have not picked a better place to stay. We would not hesitate for a minute to return for another visit.

  We stayed in this apartment in early October 2012. The apartment was beautiful! There were 2 of us, and it was perfect! We only used one bedroom, and there was a second, so plenty of room for 4 people. The kitchen was so spacious-I loved cooking dinner there. There was an awesome rack of tea as well as coffee and all the needed supplies. The remodeled bathroom was very modern and there was even a nice laundry room off the bath so we could go home with clean clothes. We enjoyed the sun one afternoon on the rooftop deck. We met Marlena in her downstairs shop one day and she was lovely! Did I mention that there are wonderful aromas that come from her shop below that give the stairwell an inviting fragrance? We didn't have time to go to the beach, but there were nice beach chairs and an umbrella and cooler provided for our use. The bedroom was comfortable and the living/televison area was supplied with multiple movies and books as well as an organizer with all the information you could possibly need for area restaurants and activities. Many local attractions were in walking distance. WOW! Couldn't have been a more perfect place and we will definitely be back. Thanks!

  We found this property and its owners ideal for what we needed, a break away! Between emails and phone calls, Marlena made our preparations and stay awesome. The apartment is well furnished and was very clean. There are some very personal touches as you arrive that make you feel welcome and cozy. It was just the two of us but it could easily accommodate four people. The air was unseasonably cool but the deck was a very nice place to relax in the afternoon to soak in some sun and actually people watch, I am not sure they knew we were even there. The location is a huge plus as our car was parked the hole four days. Great hosts, great place, and a great break away.

  This apartment was in a great location and was very comfortable. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and well-stocked with everything you'd need in a home away from home. It truly was much homier than some rentals that are sparse on supplies, decorations, etc. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend to friends/family. We hope to come back!

  Great place to stay that is very close to all activities. I never moved my car. The owner was amazing and even picked me up a few items at the grocery store. Highly recommended.

  We stayed at the Sea Witch for the Pirate Invasion and could not have asked for a more wonderful place! Marlena was extremely friendly and made sure we were comfortable when we settled in. There is plenty of room in this unit, large kitchen, wonderful bathroom and the bedrooms were ample. And being right on Front St. was perfect!! We will definitely recommend your place to our friends and are already calling the Sea Witch our "go to" place in Beaufort!

  spent two days here. Accessible to lovely down town Beaufort. Owner was extremely nice and accomodating. The facility is first class with all the amentaties of home. Will definetly visit and stay her again.
