We challenge you to find any condo closer to the beach than this!!! This unique southeast corner unit, two bedroom condo is about 6 feet above the sand, and about 20 feet from it. The living room has two walls of windows, and from the balcony one can see miles up the beach in either direction! You can even see, smell and hear the surf while lying in your king size master bed! Due to the unique design of this building which places you well above the sand for a great view of the beach, your front door remains at parking level, so you won't have to climb any stairs or wait on any elevators. This unit also comes with high speed internet, an inside washer/dryer, a bbq area and a heated pool. It is directly on the sugar white beach of Okaloosa island, which is between fort Walton beach and Destin.

Love the area and loved the condo... We were right on the beach. Had 2 good days of weather but still had a great time. So glad I found this condo cos we are planning on using it next year too... A little piece of heaven. I have twin grand babies and it was perfect for them. On the 1st floor so easy to unload the car and not have any steps or elevator to take!! Thanks for the memories..Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beachfront location was ideal for relaxing on the beach. Okaloosa Island was terrific. The waves were great. The sand is awesome. The condo was perfect for us. Just 'steps' separate you from the Gulf. We'll go back again when we want to go to go to relax on the Florida sands. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and roomy. My wife and I enjoyed the peace and quietness and the proximity to outstanding seafood restaurants in the Destin area as well.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had a wonderful vacation in this condo. It has incredible views of the water and is nicely decorated throughout. The beds are real comfy. It was clean and had everything we needed. Its as close to the beach as you can get. Especially enjoyed watching sunrise and sunset from the balcony. So relaxing! Loved it so much we will be back sometime in Oct. for the Fishing Rodeo.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We spent a week on Okaloosa with another couple. We had never stayed on the gulf before this trip. The sugar white sand was awesome & the blue water was gorgeous. The calm waters allowed us to enjoy watching several groups of dolphin, pelicans and even a stingray one day! Even though the temperature was cooler than expected, we thoroughly enjoyed our time together. The owner was very attentive to our needs & responded promptly when we had questions. The condo views are beautiful and the furnishings inside the condo allowed for a very pleasant stay. The condo lived up to its expectations. We would definitely stay here again. We ate at AJ's, Fudpuckers, Poppy's Crazy Lobster Bar, & Crust Pizzeria. Each place had their own unique item so we were pleased with each choice. Harborwalk Village was a fun place to wander around, shop & watch the boats. We also enjoyed exploring the Pier. We had a fantastic stay & hope it won't be our last.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: My husband and I live in Austin, Texas, with our two daughters. We vacationed on Okaloosa Island a few years ago and just fell in love with the area and wanted to make a small piece of this beautiful beach area our own. We have not seen any other beaches as gorgeous as this. The beauty of the Gulf takes your breath away. It is the perfect place for some R&R.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Towers West:
We selected this particular vacation home because of its size, location, and accessibility. It is a small to medium size building so the beach is never crowded. There is plenty of space to spread out. It is located right on the gulf and you never feel overcrowded. The building is set up high, so even though we have all the convenience and accessibility of being on the first floor, we have a tremendous, breathtaking view. We have a physically disabled daughter and the accessibility of this vacation home makes it easy to use with her. The beach crossover is located adjacent to us, making beach access very convenient and only a very short walk.
