The Kuilima Estates at Turtle Bay is a private, gated community located on the North Shore of Oahu. Enjoy relaxing in the spacious and bright living room of this one-bedroom, one-bath condo. Generous seating provides beautiful views of the Turtle Bay Resort Fazio Golf Course, located just steps away from the back door of the condo. You will truly feel like you are in paradise as you feel the breeze blowing and you are surrounded by tropical decor.
The bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and air conditioner and also features a garden view. The bathroom provides a tub/shower combo, and also has a wall-mounted hair dryer for your convenience. The living room includes two sofas, one is a sleeper sofa and is perfect for the kids to sleep on. The kitchen was recently upgraded and is fully-equipped to allow you the ease of preparing meals and eating at the condo.
You may choose to spend your days relaxing poolside at one of the three pools located within the complex. Or walk just five minutes up the driveway to the Turtle Bay Resort and enjoy the serene, calm, kid-friendly beach as you take in the endless ocean views. The beach is perfect for playing in the gentle waves or snorkeling just off-shore. You may even get treated to a visit from local wildlife like sea turtles and monk seals! The Turtle Bay Resort also has restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or you may want to enjoy a sunset drink at their poolside bar.
Drive just 10 minutes in either direction to visit the famous Polynesian Cultural Center, or check out the waves at world-renowned Waimea and Sunset Beaches. The historic North Shore town of Haleiwa has several shops and restaurants, and is just a 20-minute drive away. Drive around the island to visit stunning Lanikai Beach, go snorkeling at Hanauma Bay, take in some history at the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor, or treat yourself to some fun in the sun at Wet 'N Wild waterslide park.

We were very impressed with both the facility and service of the rental suite owner. She responded to all my queries promptly, politely and clearly (no vague responses). The suite was clean, well equip and close to haleiwa, foodland, and great beaches. The resort was well groomed, quiet, and had good security features (I felt very safe). A convenient, great value suite, I would definitely return!

POLICIES - PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE- NO GUARANTEE OF SPECIFIC CONDO In most condos, there is a two-night minimum stay & one week at Christmas (Nov 23 to Jan. 5). Exceptions are noted in each condo description. A down payment of $200 per condo is required when booked (due within 5 days) and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We do not offer one-night stays Personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders and major credit cards will be accepted for payment. We no longer accept American Express. All rates are taxable at 13.962% (State & Hotel Room Tax). Each condo has a cleaning fee, which varies by size. A Credit Card number is required for security purposes even if the condo has been paid for by other means. You must submit the credit card authorization form before arrival. You will be sent a complete set of "POLICY" and HOUSE RULES" after you book online and you must sign that you have agreed to abide by all of them, including the cancellation policy. The following are highlights from the policy: These are no smoking condos and if it is determined there has been smoking in the condo, there will be a penalty imposed, between $150 and $500. None of the condos have central air conditioning. All of the air conditioning is provided through small window units. Every condo has a starter supply of toilet paper, kleenex, soap, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry soap. These supplies are enough for about 2 days. We do not re-supply these items. In the event you run out of any/all items, it will be necessary for you to purchase as needed. Because we are in the tropics, it is common to find small insects, ants, and geckos in your condo. If you feel you have an EXCESSIVE insect problem, please call our office at 293-0600. DISCLAIMER: While we make every effort to keep our property infomation as current as possible, it is not guaranteed. Changes in inventory occur from time to time, as these condos are privately owned. Such changes will not void the rental agreement, nor are such changes valid reason for cancellation. While appliances and air conditioning units are checked and serviced as needed, these are subject to malfunction, possibly during your stay. Should a malfunction occur, The Estates at Turtle Bay will strive to make the necessary repairs, and if unable to do so, may offer a substitute condo, depending on availability.
