This adorably decorated townhouse is waiting to provide your family with great memories of the white sugar-sand beaches of Santa Rosa Island. Our complex is located on the gulf (no roads to cross). The townhouse, with a large (18 ft long) partially covered deck, overlooks one of two pools (if you should ever tire of the beach) in this small gated complex of townhomes. This townhouse has been completely redone, and features bright beach colors and beautiful slate floors downstairs and in the 2 1/2 baths.The kitchen and baths feature cream honey-glazed cabinets and rich tan and grey granite countertops in all areas. The kitchen has stainless appliances and a large island with 4 barstools. There is also a dining table with four chairs. The master bedroom features a king bed, chaise lounge and an in-suite master bath with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own in-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. The living room and master bedroom have large TV's and DVD players. (the living room's DVD player is blu-ray) The laundry room is located inside the unit on the main floor and is equipped with a washer and dryer, iron and small ironing board. Also on that floor is an additional 1/2 bath. There is a 1 car garage to secure your beach toys and/or car. The garage also has a gas grill, 2 adult bikes, and 1 child's bike for your use. (tire pump provided) The unit is non-smoking.

It was a great Mothers Day weekend! Went with my mother and her friend. The beaches weren't crowded and the weather was sunny. When we weren't at the beach or pool, we were shopping on the boardwalk or eating at some great restaurants. I would reccomend Joe Pattis, Hemingways or Mcguires, but there are so many that looked delicious! Everyone was friendly and the small island aspect is very enjoyable! Can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We bought this property from my parents so that we could spend fun times at the beach just as I had as a child. We started coming to Regency Cabanas when I was in high school and rented every summer until my parents bought our townhouse in 1991, so they could have fun with their grandchildren. (I was pregnant with their first grandchild at the time)

It has been a great place and we love coming to Pensacola. We come as often as we can and share the rest of the time with people like you.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
We have really enjoyed having both the beach and pools available to us. We love both, and go back and forth. We go to the Naval Museum and to see the Blue Angels practice almost every year. Fort Pickens is great. It is a great place to unwind and also do nothing! Thank goodness my parents bought it and allowed us to buy it from them when they retired!
