Summers a Breeze here....
Summers a Breeze here....
MATTAPOISETT is Special ! Where to start? How about location, location, location. This quaint, Cape Cod style village is easy to reach and walk about. Many old ship captain homes are well kept & the village is bustling with activities. This property is set back from the street directly across from the town beach. The view from the living room window frames the harbor with many, many boats tied to their moorings. Recently updated the property offers a living room with fireplace, galley kitchen and two bedrooms with shared bath (tub/shower). There is even a covered parking garage. Just down the street is one of the oldest operating inns in America & just across the street from the inn is the town park with gazebo for Wednesday night band concerts, Thursday evening teen dances and summer fairs. A short drive to the east is Turk's seafood & to the west is the Mattapoisett Chowder House. A well stocked library along with cable & WiFi is included. A one hour drive with get you to any of the following: Boston, Providence, Newport or Cape Cod.
