Ocean Block Cottage- 3 houses from beach- just steps. Newly remodeled and decorated with bright, fun beach decor. Full kitchen with new micro wave, dishwasher and stove. Full size refrigerator with ice maker.
Cozy cottage with knotty pine and white open beam ceilings. Screened in porch adds another room for enjoyment. Relax with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Great place for playing cards or any game with your family. We also have the cottage next door- the porch can be opened up for access between units. See VRBO listing #320264. 1 Story, unit air conditioners in bedrooms and living area. Cable TV with DVD and internet service. One assigned parking place.(Parking passes for street parking can be purchased.) Outside community shower available. Small grill provided.
Minutes (walking) to restaurants, bars, coffee shops,town park,bay, shopping and entertainment. And it is a short ride, either by car or on the jolly Trolley, to Rehobeth and all it's attractions- Funland for the children, the boardwalk, shopping and much more...and don't forget the many, many shops at the outlets lining Route 1.

This was a sweet little cottage as described and perfect for my husband, toddler and myself. It couldn't have been a more perfect location with just steps to the beach which made hauling all items needed for a little one very convenient. This was a very last minute reservation and the owner was great about working with us on short notice. The one hiccup with the trip was that when we arrived the rental hadn't been cleaned from the previous renter. Through no-fault of the owner and after a few hours of trying to contact the cleaners, it was cleared up and our place was cleaned to satisfaction. The owner cut half of the cleaning fee for our inconvenience. Overall... a beautiful weekend at a sweet little spot.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Your cottage is just as described! Great location, great parking, great place! Looking forward to returning! Anyone considering renting this cottage.......you will be happy! Again, thanks so much!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Great cottage! Nicely decorated, conveniently close to the beach, clean and well organized. I had a wonderful time with good friends. I would highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.
