The house sits on a lakefront lot that gives you that woodsy private feeling. All of this AND it has a VERY easy walk to the water, a great shoreline and Wonderful Lake views.
Main level has a wonderful Great Room with large screen TV, Kitchen, Dining Area, Master Bedroom and Bath
Master has a KING size bed!
Lower Level has a spacious Family Room with TV, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, full bath and laundry facilities.
There are two decks that run the full width of the back of the house with unending lake views. There are two propane frills on the deck (Propane is provided by the owners). And there are plenty of comfortable patio chairs and tables for entertaining outdoors.
This home is located in Lost Bridge Village on all paved roads and has a private, paved, circular drive (can easily park 4 cars). You also have community swimming pool.
There is a boat launch at Lost Bridge South Park which is 5 minutes away. Lost Bridge Marina is about 6 minutes away.
