Get away from it all in our tropical condominium on one of the top ten beaches in the world. Enjoy a meal, play a game and toast the stunning sunset from the large screened-in porch that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, pool, gardens and lagoon.
This contemporary condo features vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, exquisite Italian tile baths, a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a pull out couch for two in the living room. New carpet, furniture, 42' flat screen TV, Cable TV and high speed WiFi. Our kitchen is fully furnished and we offer all amenities including washer/dryer, iron, hair dryer, beach towels, games and puzzles.
Our unit is just steps away from the beach in one of the smaller, more desirable complexes on Sanibel. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with palm trees, gardens, a small lagoon and romantic lighting at night.
You will never run out of things to do on Sanibel. Our favorites include collecting seashells, watching dolphins, walking on the beach and bike riding on the 22 miiles of well maintained bike paths through nature preserves and past shops and restaurants. Other activities include the Shell Museum, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, kayaking at Tarpon Bay, shopping, golf, tennis and fishing.
Whether you are newlyweds, a family making memories or a retired couple looking to relax in the warm sun, Sanibel is the perfect place to unwind.

Sand Pointe is a wonderful small condo complex, situated on our favorite stretch of Sanibel's beautiful beach. We've stayed at several units in this complex over the years, and all but one(not this one) were very nice. What sets this one apart is the vaulted ceilings-being on the top floor- that give you a sense of airiness, despite the fact that it's an inside unit. The condo itself is very tastefully decorated. The new owners have put a lot of thought into making it warm and inviting, without going over the top with the beach theme, or conversely, too formal. It has a great cottagey vibe that makes you feel right at home. You can see there are many updates, new furniture, rugs, flooring, granite countertops. The only exception is the kitchen appliances, but they worked perfectly fine, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The lanai is great- large, with very nice patio furniture. The view is wonderful, it really encompasses everything- the grounds, the pool, the ocean. What more could you want! Owners were great to deal with, answering all questions promptly, and even replaced some old beach chairs with brand new, prior to our stay. Not all condos have access to storage units & chairs, etc and I can say it really makes your visit much more convienent. Beach towels are provided also, it was so nice to not have use up space for these in the suitcase! Everything went smoothly, which helped make for another relaxing vacation on Sanibel. Great complex, great condo, great owners. We would not hesitate to rent here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Our family has been coming to Sand Pointe for more than twenty five years. Our kids grew up making memories on the beach, at the pool and exploring the island by bike. We still look forward to every trip to our favorite beachside retreat.

Our family had stayed at Sand Pointe for 25 years, so when this unit became available we knew it was meant to be. We love the view from the lanai, the white sandy beach, lounging by the pool and the family atmosphere.
