Located on the THIRD FLOOR, step out onto your private balcony and lose yourself in the incredible beauty of emerald waters and sugar white sands. There are 27 miles of pure white sandy beaches just waiting for you to enjoy. The Summit is located next door to both of the best beach clubs anywhere, Club La Vela and Spinnaker. Centrally located on Panama City Beach, it is the perfect location for your family vacation. The amenities include: 2 Large swimming pools, 2 children pools, 2 outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor jacuzzi, great fitness room and 2 saunas! There is also a video arcade gameroom, shuffleboard court, movie rental and lighted tennis courts on the premises. The Summit has its own beach service offering chair rentals and jet-ski rentals, along with a Tiki Bar, oyster and snack bar. There are grilling areas and even a playground on the beach. The Summit is a gated complex with 24 hour private security. Entrance into the complex from both the street and the beach is highly controlled. Within just a few minutes drive you will find Shipwreck Island Water Park, Wonder Works, Zoo World, Gulf World Marine Park, licensed bungie jumps, several miniature golf parks, bumper cars and numerous go-cart raceways. The adults will enjoy shopping in strip malls, boutiques, and an indoor mall. There are dinner cruises, fine dining, open air restaurants, night-clubs, sports facilities, golf courses, fishing charters, sailing charters, water skiing, windsurfing and parasail rides. Our units has over 900 square feet of relaxing space with a paradise atmosphere. There is a king size bed with new mattress and linens in the master bedroom, twin bunkbeds built in an alcove in the hallway, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area overlooking the beach. Relax in our new patio furniture and let your cares melt away. The condo will comfortably sleep six people and includes 2 remote cable TV's, telephones, Wireless Internet, washer and dryer. The kitchen is outfitted and set up for the comforts of the entire family.

Went down to Panama with a few buddies for spring break and had a great time. The condo was very clean upon the arrival. The view was amazing and the washer and dryer was a great addition to the condo. It was a very cozy and comfortable stay and if I come down to Panama again for spring break I would definitely stay at this condo again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

enjoyable stay, location was good and the sunsets outstanding, condo was clean and looked to have been recently updated. The TV's were older but worked fine, however the one in the bedroom sits on the desser and is to low to view easily. There were a few minor issues, but nothing major. The owner always returned any phone calls and responded to any questions. I would recommend this property. ,Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed in te Sykes condo for two months. It is a great place. We love the Summit. The best place for bike week. I like that it is locationed just over the kiddie pool. Hope to spend my months there this year.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We always love going to PCB! But this is the first time we have been there that the weather was not good. We love staying at the Summit though. This condo was very nice. There were just a few very minor things that could have been better. We only had 2 garbage bags and only one roll of t.p. in the place. It was o.k. We just bought our own. Also, with the weather not-so-good, it would have been nice for the t.v. in the living room to have the capability to hook up the VCR/DVD player. Overall though, we loved the place. Thank you for sharing your condo with us! :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I love the Summit b/c it is close to St. Andrew's park, Walmart etc. We have stayed at Splash, Sterling Reef & many others but enjoy the Summits pool area & location the best. We have stayed at others rooms at the Summit but 312 was my favorite. The furnishings are up to date, colorful & beach & everything is clean. The mattress & pillows are so comfy & top notch, the kitchen is stocked with all you need & the 3rd floor has a great view but allows you to still be close enough to use the stairs if the elevators are crowded. We are regulars to Panama City Beach (we go at least once a year) and I will be staying in 312 again & would recommend this unit & the owners to my friends & family for sure! Thanks for making our vacation easy & having such a great unit!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: My wife and I recently fulfilled a dream to purchase a beach front condo and would like to let others enjoy it as well. I am an educator and she works in finance. We have both been traveling down to Panama City Beach for years and absolutely love how we feel when we are down there. We even have friends from Indiana that make the trip down usually every year and it is always great to hear them talk about how gorgeous our beaches are here in Panama City Beach. They especially like the Southern hospitality they receive!!!
