We are a family who love Florida. We go there every year and we are very happy to rent out our beautiful condo for the rest of the year.
I am an automotive engineer by trade and enjoy my job. Still I would rather be on holiday in bahama bay resort. It is a second home for me now as we have been there so many times.
We have 3 happy children who love Florida.
Why the Owner Chose Orlando
We bought this property off plan many years ago so we could take the kids to Disney each year. Its a lovely location overlooking the lake and club house. Its far enough away to have peace and quiet and close to the beach area.
Its 3.5 miles from Disney and easy to get to.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We are located between the clubhouse and the beach clubhouse. Our balcony over looks the main clubhouse and the man made large lake with fountain in it. At night you sit out on the large balcony and listen to sound of the fountain and bull frogs. Its really relaxing and nice. Wifi is free and works in the condo. Most balconies at BBAY are small (abacus ones) generally the platinum units have the big ones. This is important as its nice to sit outside
Our unit has just been renovated, the furniture upgraded and flat screen TVS put in with new carpets, bedding, and painted throughout.
We have extra parking right outside our unit so theres always a space to park in close by.

I recently stayed at this property with my husband, married daughter and her husband and two children. It accommodated us very comfortably, it was as good as the discription advertised. It was very clean, spacious well designed and suited our family.The staff in the office were very helpful with ticketing for Disneyworld and universal studios. My only negative would be that a shuttle bus to Disneyworld was written up as available, but wasn't so we had to hire a car as there is no public transport.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

This condo was everything the owners said it would be and more! It was very clean and well-maintained! The owners were very helpful in answering all of our questions. The atmosphere was great! We ate breakfast on the screened in patio every morning. Our boys loved both of the swimming pools and having access to the basketball and tennis courts. Without hesitation, we would recommend this condo to other family and friends.

First time booking with vrbo so I was a little nervous but this resort was great. The location is accurate, the photos were accurate. The property was clean and well maintain. The communication with the owners was great. They answered all my questions and concern in a timely manner. My neice (10) said she loved the condo and my grand daughter (7) told my wife Grand Dad did good. You can't go wrong with this purchase. I would recommend this property to my friends and relatives.
